We booked airport assist for my boss's family coming into Miami airport from France. Nicole, the greeter we were assigned, was incredibly helpful. She was very communicative, worked with our driver, helped get the family through customs quickly and then even helped with lost luggage once it finally arrived at MIA the following day. She made sure to connect with our driver and ensured all the bags from France were loaded in the car and on the way to the passengers. Highly recommend!

It can be a significant challenge to locate trustworthy people in many places across the globe. I am so grateful for the teams at AirportAssist and the Karachi Airport for handling my father and I with so much respect and kindness. Language barrier is one hurdle but having a local expert on your side ensured a seamless gate arrival. The transition for an elderly person was flawless. Air Assist overcame an immigration exception for meeting at the gate(wheelchair assistance was the reason). They knew what to do. My husband said his helpers were delightful. They concluded the international to domestic transfer with ease. Just totally delighted.

Had to share this review because I was slightly dubious when I first booked this service but it was worth every penny. I had to book a last minute flight which consisted of two flights which were self transfer which meant I had a very short window to go out via security and come back in again rather than a simple transfer. I was extremely nervous about this and found aiportassist which gave me some peace of mind knowing someone would be there to help me navigate. I received a phone number for the person meeting me and was able go meet him as soon as I got off the plane, he whisked me through the airport, going through all of the VIP lines and I made my second flight with time to spare. Michalis was incredibly friendly and helpful and I would definitely use this service again.

Very good service. They helped our elderly parent to go through all the check in procedure in Mumbai where relatives are not allowed in to help. The assistant met the passenger in time and was very polite. Getting lounge access via airport assist was a bonus for elderly passenger travelling alone as they could rest before getting on the flight. Thoroughly recommend. Thank you Airport Assist.

The Charles De Gaulle Airport is one of the more stressful ones to maneuver no matter how many times we've been through it. We decided to use Airport Assist and much appreciated being escorted past long lines at the various check points. Our assistant Koumar greeted us on time, was friendly, attentive, and professional. We will definitely use Airport Assist on our next trip.
