Mark was an awesome guide for our sunset kayak tour in Lewes, DE. It was our first tandem paddle and he was friendly, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I loved it! Highly recommend Mark and Quest Adventures!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the bay beach right next to the Lewes Yacht Club, due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the young employees working at the Quest Adventures/ beach rentals... This 21-year-old blonde staff member refused to rent mats to anyone past 2pm, citing that the business closes at 5pm.On Tuesday we were here before 2pm and they wouldn't rent 1 to me then, claiming their boss said to close cause of the clouds, yet it never rained 1 time. Despite my understanding and patience all week, I was astonished that they wouldn't rent a mat to me when I was willing to pay the $100 fee for what would only be a 3-hour rental. This policy is not only illogical but is also costing the owner potential revenue.

After pleading with them for 25 minutes, they reluctantly agreed to rent me the mat. However, the young lady, who was not Grace, spoke to me in a very nasty tone and insisted she would come for the mat at 4:30pm, even though they are supposed to be open until 5pm. She then stood at the water's edge, watching the time for 10 minutes, making the entire experience even more unpleasant.

Such behavior and policies are unacceptable and do not reflect well on Quest Adventures. . I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service and ensure that other patrons do not have to go through a similar experience. This is my favorite beach and I want to find a new beach that has a different rental company. It literally took 3 summers to get a rental with them because of lazy staff who make little children cry

Great experience with Quest Adventures! We rented a floating mat. They had the mat dropped off right on time. We also used them the year before for stand up paddle boards and they were great. Highly recommend using them!

So over priced. Was reasonable two years ago we always rented. Now 50.00 for one kayak. Ridiculous. There was not one person on a kayak while we were there. No surprise. Lower your rates

Matt at Quest Adventures was such a HUGE help! He was referred by a friend regarding a beach access chair. I contacted him the day before we needed it and he was so easy to work with. Mason's Mobility Mission is incredible! It made our family trip so much more enjoyable for everyone.

Decent prices for the rentals. All equipment was in excellent condition. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Be sure to call ahead to ensure they have what you are seeking. They also rent to large groups in advance.
