I have been to a lot of take-out restaurants and this is one of the worst places I have ever been to. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and attention to detail that is demonstrated on a consistent basis at this location. I have been to this restaurant location three times since they opened and this past Thursday that I came here was the last time I will ever go to this location. The staff at the register is always on their cell phones and are not paying attention half the time to the customers that come in. I have waited over 20-30 minutes past the pickup time for my orders on each occasion that I have been here. In addition to the long wait times, my orders were either incorrect or my food was cold. I question how much the staff even cares because there seems to be a lack of professionalism. This is evident by the mistakes that are consistently made on to go orders. Also, I don’t have the time or patience to wait additional 30 minutes for my food to be remade.

It is very unfortunate because there are a lot of young people who work here that lack work experience, but they are grossly perpetuating the perception of complacency and incompetence that exists within the food service industry.

There is hope for this location, but that will require more training or a brand new staff.

I hope the owner of the restaurant is seeing all of these recent reviews and takes the feedback into consideration. A 1.8 star rating on Google is not great for a location that just opened less than 2 months ago.

Every single worker needs to be fired here. Literally the most incompetent workers i have ever seen. They’re rude, they don’t even come to take orders I’ve seen multiple people walk out because no one is even taking orders. They’ve yelled at paying customers.. it’s actually insane any of them still have a job. If I owned this Wingstop I’d fire them all because no one wants to come back. I’d rather to go to Hartford then come here. They also take extremely long to make anything at all here. If you don’t wanna do your job no one is forcing you. Quit. It’s that simple. This place will definitely be closing down. I hope the owner sees this. Your employees suck.

I recently had the pleasure of observing Diamond at work, and I must say, she was incredibly helpful. She efficiently took all the orders and then went out of her way to assist her coworkers. I've been to this establishment a few times, and every time, Diamond has been doing something to ensure excellent service. She truly deserves a promotion as soon as possible.

I just ordered a 50$ order thru DoorDash. And whoever is working today needs to pay more attention to the order. I ordered two combos which includes wings fries and a drink. I got the wings and drinks. But the fries for both orders and my veggie sticks and sauces were not in the bag. I always order from here and never have an issue. I am very disappointed in wingstop. Also the number for this place doesn’t work. There should really be a number to contact the store incase of this problem.

To start, this was my third time coming to this particular Wingstop since it’s opened. The first two times the food was really good. My only complaints were just a long wait times of about 40 minutes. But, I figured this was due to it being busy on the weekends. However, during my most recent time ordering take-out I did not have a good experience at all. I placed an online order and still had to wait 45 minutes for my food. I even saw people who came in after me order at the counter and get their food before me. It wasn’t until I re-approached the counter that it appeared that my order somehow had been overlooked. The fountain drink station is always very sticky and messy both the floors and counter tops. They ran out of diet Coca-Cola and had no other sugar-free options. The food was cold especially the fries. And it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they completely messed up my order. For instance, I ordered boneless wings and got bone-in. The wings were barely tossed in sauce. They also forgot side sauces. I called to ask to speak to a manager which I’ve never done before in my life, and of course no one was there until 11 AM the next morning. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this Wingstop location.

They got review bombed right after they opened, people expect perfection opening day and that's not how it works. Google should have like a 1-2 month grace period after a fine establishment such as this wingstop opens

Put in order at 11:19 for pick up at 12. Arrive around 12:07. Immediately see someone eating wings in the kitchen.

"Food will be ready in 5-6 minutes". I end up having to leave at 12:20 to avoid being late for work.

I can already see that they are going to make it difficult to simply get a refund for an order I never got. So keep the $13 and keep the wings.

It's a shame because I had a positive experience the last time when there was just 2 girls working there. guess the 3 clowns working there are new or just worthless. Doubt anyone there has the ability to read any of this anyway.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Wingstop like the plague. Garbage.

I’ve never written a review before for any business, but this was a HORRENDOUS experience. I ordered at the counter and waited about 40 minutes for them to give me my food. I walked out to my car and checked my bag and they got my order wrong. I then proceeded to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to give me the correct food i ordered. Once they got my order correct one of the staff members just plopped my food on the counter with no bag or anything (not that big of a deal but seriously?) There were other people that were waiting for their food just as long as me. Absolutely ridiculous, i understand this location is fairly new but they really need to work on their organizational skills with making orders. Staff did not seem to care whatsoever about people waiting for that long and were moving incredibly slow. I understand from personal experience that working in a restaurant setting can be hard/busy sometimes, but this was just insanely ridiculous. Food wasn’t even that good, barely any seasoning on the wings. Honestly spend your money elsewhere, there are WAY better places in the area to get wings.
