This location previously was very easy to be in and out but recently we visited the branch to deposit a check, the teller more preoccupied about where the check was from & entered the numbers in error and shorted the amount of $225. Went back, was told yes, she entered it in wrong but we can’t help at the location. We were instructed to call the 800 to rectify the tellers mistake, no problem, did so, they said it still can take up to 2-7 days. Super disappointed in the branches lack of professionalism & attentiveness, huge mistake to be making with peoples money.

Need more tellers especially on a Friday when everyone usually get paid...second time I been here ...and the wait is ridiculous 1st time was on a Wednesday... had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get my own money out. This is insane....

The slowest service of all time every single time I’m here. Doesn’t matter if there is 2 people in line or 6…. Don’t come here. 1 hour wait in line when I was the third one in line. Horribly managed .

This particular branch on campbell is disgusting! And the people who work there dont care ether! I told them once there was a hypodermic needle outside next to where their customers park right on the side of their building where there’s landscaping, then went back three weeks later the same hypodermic needle was sitting there!!

The manager at the bank said “sorry I don’t park there we park in the back”.
I was completely shocked by her answer. This is completely unacceptable and their attitudes are disgusting as much as that hypodermic needle was. Good luck with that BS.

Ive Never waited an hour in line ever at any bank . except this one..also was directed to have teller help me w my issue but she wouldn't she said make an appointment really I waited an hour for that? Not happy at all customer service No. I don't think so..

Dana was not only super helpful - she was very intelligent- knowledgable about everything Bank of America . She helped me In a way I wasn't expecting. She really seemed to care about my issues. Honestly, I think employees like Dana are hard to come by . I was so ready to leave , for Navy Federal Credit Union. I feel much better after meeting with her . Thank you Dana - 😉 your awesome!

Despite Bank of America being a bad company this site is an amazing place to get stuff done fast. Waiting time is decent and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great and I recommend anyone who wants to go to the bank to go to the west haven one.
