My dentist retired and I have been holding off on finding a new dentist. However, today, I found them! Starting with last evening’s dental emergency I sent Shoreline Dental an appointment request stating my concern and very early this morning I received a call back and they fit me in just a few short hours later. Not only did they fix the situation Dr. Cicero was amazing… compassionate to my needs, explained in great detail in terms I could understand my options and what she could do and then she flawlessly fixed the problem without issue! I’m extremely pleased and grateful for Dr. Cicero and her amazing assistant and office team! I actually cannot wait to go back for my cleaning on Monday!

The office is clean and organized, questions are welcome and answered thoughtfully, and procedures are done carefully and efficiently making for a positive experience every visit. I can honestly say I loved it, I let them know I had a bad experience 4-5 years ago and I haven’t been since. I didn’t feel judged even though I was embarrassed, they jumped in and started to work and were very detailed in explaining to me what they would work on and on explaining the plan they had to get me back up to better health. They made me have hope that it’s possible to improve the overall start of my teeth and i can weirdly say I can’t wait to go back and continue the process.

My experience with shoreline dental care of West Haven was actually amazing. As someone who grew up in the 80s/90s traumatized by watching Dr. giggles ,Dental care can sometimes be Nerve racking. With that being said everybody in the office so was kind and the doctor was gentle. I will definitely continue my dental care at Shoreline dental of West Haven.
