My wife and I wanted to share a special experience for our 70th birthdays and decided that we wanted to take a small ship cruise on the Great Lakes. Frank Bastone at Pinnacle Trips came highly recommended by one of my wie's good friends and we decided to use him and his services. Based on our trip and our experience with Frank, we would highly recommend Frank, Pearl Seas Cruises and their ship the Pearl Mist. Frank handled all of the arrangements for our trip - the 11-night cruise Great Lakes and Georgian Bay intinerary, sailing out of Toronto. We stopped in Toronto, Cleveland, Detroit, and Mackinac Island among the many places we visited.

Ftank also took care of our flights and our pre-cruise package. Frank was very professional and stayed in touch as needed as our cruise approached, a year after we originally booked it.

On board the Pearl Mist, The food was top notch, the service was very attentive and personal. Our stateroom - a catgory K on deck 4 - was roomy and well appointed. We were able to get on all the excursions we wanted. The pre-cruise package was great - we ate at the restaurant in the Westin Toronto - indescribable - our first meal at a restaurant with 1 Michelin Star (while the hotel was, this meal was not in the pre-cruise package).

The travel arrangements worked out flawlessly. I could go on and on, but won't. Thank you so much Frank all your help and patience - it made our trip all the more less stressful.

I am so happy that Frank at Pinnacle Trips recommended Turks and Caicos for our winter getaway. It was perfect! The Ocean Club Resort was exactly what we were looking for, quiet and right on the beautiful Grace Bay beach. It had a great casual restaurant right on the beach and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas right on the beach with bar service. It was beautiful and relaxing. We are forever indebted to Frank for this recommendation and for setting up all the accommodations!

This was our third vacation using Pinnacle Trips, and the best!
Frank set us up with a great vacation plan....first, he works with great companies (touring companies) in Italy and Spain, our destinations. We stayed in 5 cities in the 2 countries so this vacation required a lot of logistics - transfers/train trips/air trips/ and proper amount of time in each city to see the sites, take the proper tours, and also managing a lighter schedule every 3rd or 4th day to enjoy and not exhaust ourselves.
We stayed in Lake Como, Venice, Florence, Barcelona, and Madrid. Every transfer to or from a hotel, airport, or train- was in a Mercedes Benz vehicle....it was first class all the way and the hotels were all "boutique" hotels - not huge chains but with 1st class service all the way. We spent a day in Como/Lugano (Switzerland), Pisa, Sienna, Giminano, toured a vineyard, had a great authentic dinner at the vineyard home, saw an authentic Flamenco show in Madrid, we couldn't have planned it any better. Definitely the kind of vacation you need to work with a travel agent AND touring company and Pinnacle trips set us up perfectly for the few things we wanted to do, and many things that we didn't know much about that turned out to be highlights of the trip!
We went late September/early October, which is an excellent time weather -wise for those countries. We will be using Pinnacle Trips again.

Frank provided the perfect itinerary and selected great hotels for our trip to Switzerland.

I just returned from a FABULOUS trip to Barbados.
Frank was the absolute best travel advisor I’ve ever met. I am a single female and just wanted a week “away” from everything. He chose this amazing island for me to visit. It was safe, it was warm, the people were the kindest, friendliest people I’ve ever met, and I had an unforgettable, wonderful time. He planned everything including getting picked up at my home and met at the airport late at night when the plane landed here in N.Y. The only thing he didn’t take care of was the snow that had fallen while I was gone. (LOL). If you want to go on a stress free trip, ANYWHERE, this is the right place to start. And Frank is the perfect person to guide you.

Frank at Pinnacle Trips planned our honeymoon to Antigua and he did an excellent job! He booked our flights and our stay at two separate resorts on the island, making the trip smooth and enjoyable from the beginning. He also provided us with the required covid protocols for each place we stayed. We had a piece of mind knowing our trip was protected with him as our travel agent. Frank planned my 10-day Greek Island Hopper tour and it was awesome! True to his word, there were no additional fees as he is compensated by the vendors. Similar trips were priced the same. So its virtually your own travel agent for free! A very awesome thing he did for me: I was going to purchase my airfare separately. As few days later on his own, Frank did a search and contacted me stating he had access to a round-trip direct Alitalia flight from JFK to Athens for $1,100 during peak season! Another awesome thing is that travel is Frank's passion and he's been everywhere! So he can give you valuable insight on so many travel destinations! Frank is my go-to guy for all things travel and I highly recommend 1000%!!!!!!!!!!
