February sixth and eighty degrees in cow town. We ran through this park. What a blessing all these parks and river trails are to this megalopolis.

Nice out of the way park on the east end of the Trinity trail system. Water fountains but no restroom. Lots of parking. A little sketchy. West toward Ft Worth. Nice trail. Restroom at an unnamed park about a mile west. About half along road. 1/2 shaded

Decent place. Arrived after dark, so couldn't see much. Pretty challenging to access the river and fish. At least where I chose but caught some pretty nice catfish 5 - 15 lbs.

I like this park to walk or fly my kite on a windy day. It's never too busy. I go here often if the grass is too tall at the dog park. Lawn has always been well manicured at this park. I feel like it can get a little sketchy at night though. Some cars will just park and no one comes out or there are cars parked out on the entrance road with people just sitting in them. So maybe pair up if going at night or enjoy on your own in the day time.

Not a lot there. Picnic area, 1/4 mile paved walking trail. Lots of free parking for such a small park. No restrooms as far as I could tell.

Quanah Parker Park has good access to the eastern section of the trinity trails, and has good trails itself. In September 2023 it got a brand new playground. It has a covered pavilion and a basketball hoop. There are two giant pecan trees.

My kids and I had a great time. Beautiful trail, excellent wide sidewalk for jogging, hiking, or biking. Well maintained and safe for everyone to enjoy nature or exercise. Great parking with lights. Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Lots of trash along the perimeter. No safe wooded trails, obvious transient usage. No access to the waters edge that I can find, maybe it's father than I can walk. Little shade, no restrooms (not even a port-o-potty) only 1 old swingset. Good things are a pavilion, 1/2 basketball court, paved trail, open to the road so rather safe, and shade trees to park under and take a nap in your car by the road, as 5 people are doing on a Tuesday.
