Great experience for kids of all ages, been here a few times now. Disappointed the sweeper was out of order today. 90 minute jump went really quickly.

Note - The pre order slushes online are not refillable. Would recommend taking your own water/juice for the kids as they will need it for all the running around they will so.

Great place but needs polishing and a good clean.

It can be really good fun. Wild jumping so it's good fun but some possibilities of kids getting bruised. Wear long sleeves to protect from friction burns.

Good bits:
-too many to list -good exercise having fun for kids and adults

What could improve:
-not too clean - throughout
-staff could be more involved and kindly caution unsafe behaviour
-during small kids hour big kids turn up when they should not be there
-now not possible to sit away from vending machines

With all that in mind I'll still keep going there every so often and I'm glad that this place exists. I just wish it could be improved:)

Came yesterday for a birthday party with my child. Received the most awful customer service from ‘Dimitri’ at the cafe. Asked what fillings were available for paninis where he replied ‘anything’ and then when I asked for something he stated they didn’t have it, so when I asked what they did have he just shrugged at me. A family member then requested a Diet Coke with her toastie meal , were he told us the juice machine wasn’t working so she asked if she could just take one from the fridge or have a hot drink instead as she didn’t like anything else there - he kept shrugging at us and basically telling us no with the most awful attitude and he then stormed off from the counter to get his manager. When we explained the situation the manager couldn’t have been nicer and gave us 15% off for the inconvenience which was nice but shouldn’t have to be the case. We didn’t get any apology from Dimitri, but to be honest I don’t think he cared at all and was “finishing in 2 minutes anyway”. This was our first time coming to Innoflate through from Edinburgh and won’t be rushing back at.

This place is rubbish, low quality park and staff is really mean, seating area is so dirty and full of rubbish😮‍💨😒most stuff doesn't work and staff don't allow anything, kids there were crying always coming with burns or Injuries i do not recommend its dangerous and dirty, 1 star but of I could I would give this a place a 0 out of 5 stars, terrible🤮

Went with my 2 boys, age 4 and 9. The 3 of us had a brilliant time. We done a 2 hour slot, which was more expensive but it flew in. The only issue I found is that the toilets were unsanitary - they aren't clean, there was no toilet roll in over half of the cubicles, no hand towel and no hand soap. They really need to up their game when it comes to the hygiene facilities. Queue for food and drinks was also very long.. seemed like only one person was working there. Also the jump pillow - my son fell in the gap between the wall and the landing pillow and the employee who was there never noticed. I had to shout on him to get my son out as he was stuck and screaming.

Great fun for kids of all ages. Coffee is good but it can be chilly if you're watching. Plenty ride on machines for lids to rince you of coins.

A great place for kids to have loads of fun or even adults to be kids again. Great wee cafe for snacks an drinks. A tenner per kid well spent. £2 for the socks which you get to keep an use again when you go back, well worth it to see their big smiles on their little faces.

We were invited to a party. The time in the party room was far too short and felt like we were rushed. It was only half an hour for kids to eat and do the birthday cake.
