Jump in itself is fun all round but very disappointed on the size of cups use give and they certainly aren’t the hottest. £3.20 for the size showing in the picture. Use should be embarrassed!!

Very inexperienced staff, they took 30 m to give me a double shot coffee because no one knew what it was. They brought my daughters birthday cake and the staff just said they were looking at us .,.I had asked them to bring a knife for the cake and the pizzas, some juice, they were just there looking but no initiative...you guys need to train staff urgently . The space is nice but they really need to organise themselves better.

Just been here for my kids birthday place is nasty foam bricks falling apart all about my kids trousers 1 staff working in the whole bit am sure this is against the law food was nasty the person dealing with the food had a make shift bandge on hand and there was to many older people in the soft play the slide has to big of a drop for smaller kids and the soft play isn't safe as your need to go up and down stairs won't be back waste of over £100 we missed out on activities as thay never had enough staff

I recently visited Jump In Edinburgh, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring we felt right at home. The facilities are top-notch, with a wide variety of trampolines, foam pits, and obstacle courses that cater to all ages and skill levels.

What really stood out was the cleanliness and safety measures in place, making it a worry-free environment for both kids and adults. The café area was also a pleasant surprise, offering a great selection of snacks and drinks to refuel after an energetic session.

Overall, Jump In Edinburgh is an excellent spot for a fun day out, whether you're looking to burn off some energy, celebrate a birthday, or just have a good time with friends and family. Highly recommend!

We held a joint birthday party for our 2 and 5 year olds here and it was excellent. The place was clean, great fun, and not too busy - there was loads of space and nothing felt hectic or chaotic. The little area we had for our party was perfect, the kids loved it. Staff were great - really friendly and helpful. A great place for a party and we’re looking forward to visiting again soon.

I won’t be returning here. I went for my daughters 6th birthday upon booking for ages 4+ that is advertised they have full access to park with the only “restriction” being a weight restriction. Upon arriving they told me my daughter was too short to use A vast majority Of the equipment due to being 10 cm too short, which is false advertisement as there was no height requirements advertised online. The staff were also rude and made the experience less enjoyable
