Spotted this as we drove past so decided to take a quick visit and worth doing so. Small car park with a couple of benches but great views of the Nith Estuary. Useful information sign in front of the view that helps you identify various landmarks in the distance.

Parked over night here arrived in the dark but woke up to lovely view. Nice little place to park, only one small thing but nothing to do with the place it’s self but wish people would take there rubbish away with them we did a small litter pick this morning.

A nice little area to pull off the road and take in the views of the Solway firth and the huge sand banks on the Northern side of the estuary. There's parking for 4 vehicles, not suitable for larger motorhomes though due to limited turning space.
There are no facilities here, it is merely a beautiful little spot to pull off the road and relax 🙏

Lovely viewpoint with room for a motorhome and a couple of cars. Perfect if u want to chill. Ride on a bit further to the Steamboat pub or New Abbey to have a lovely cream tea.
