As a foodie, going on a culinary tour for the first time with my daughter Emma was one of the most poignant moments I will always remember. We took the St. Lawrence trip, and CJ was our cuisine tour guide, I must say, she’s an incredible human being.

She made the entire trip fascinating, filled with history and food hacks. Her warmth and excitement were contagious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful of it.

Appreciating our local Canadian, European and Latin America produces and unique meals are culturally rich, making us feel as if the adventure is taking us from all over the world.

I went on the St. Lawrence Market Food Tour with Kaitlin in November and enjoyed my time learning about the market and the different vendors inside. Kaitlin was very personable and knowledgeable in a cool, this is fun stuff that I like to share with friends way. You can tell she's very friendly with the different businesses and staff at the market, and they were also so warm and welcoming in return. Her passion to promote independent, family-owned businesses was very clear. The food tastings were delicious and generous - I was pleasantly full by the end of the tour and got a chance to go back and purchase some keepsakes. Next time I'm in Toronto, I would love to try another tour with Culinary Adventure. Thank you!

What an amazing food tour of the vibrant Kensington Market and China Town with CJ! The food was amazing, CJ was a great host with passion for the areas that we toured and a vast knowledge of food and the history of this area. Definitely book this tour..we are so glad that we did!

I did the St Lawrence Market tour in December and it was an incredible experience. Our guide, CJ, was so friendly and full of energy. She shared some really great facts about Toronto and the Market’s history, food tips and filled us with food. We were expecting small bites but left the tour really full. Everything we ate was so delicious! I’ll definitely be booking another tour to check out different parts of the city.

We have been to St. Lawrence Market numerous times.
This experience gives you so much more of an insight to the history and vendor than just walking around yourself. Never knew this building once served as City Hall and the Jail.
Meeting the vendors and getting their personal stories adds so much to the experience. Morgan our guide, was the star of the day. Her knowledge and bubbly personality made it extra special.
Highly recommend her and this tour to any foody.

This is BY FAR the best, most authentic Toronto (and beyond) food tour company. My husband and I have done almost all of their Toronto tours (Greektown, St Lawrence Market, Chinatown, Brunch Tour) and even enjoyed their Halifax tour when they ran them a few year ago with our little one and parents!

Kind, friendly staff with tons of knowledge of food and local history. This will always be our go-to food tour recommendation 🙂
