I had an incredible experience on the 3-hour snowmobiling tour with Highland Wilderness Tours the last weekend of 2024! From start to finish, Penny was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. From the moment I booked the tour, Penny was friendly and professional, always making sure I was informed and comfortable. When bad weather threatened to cancel my initial booking, she even called to provide alternative options, which was so thoughtful and accommodating.

Matt, who led the tour, took exceptional care of our group. He stopped periodically to provide clear directions and perform safety checks, ensuring we were all confident and enjoying ourselves. He also answered all of our questions with patience and shared fascinating information about the wildlife and the area we were exploring.

The entire experience was seamless, well-organized, and so much fun. I can't wait to return and do this tour again! Highland Wilderness Tours is a top-notch operation—highly recommended!

Very good experience to try skidoo and wonderful place and trail. The skidoo are new and safe to ride. However, the male tour guide is quite rude. After we returned back to the ranch, he just left without saying goodbye or thank you or asking us about the experience. To our, the atmosphere was serious and gloomy because of him. So sad! Other than that, everything was perfect!

Really Enjoyable 2 hr tour yesterday. There is nothing better than experiencing the Hastings Highlands trails! The staff were friendly, professional and the sleds were current and well maintained.
In summary, it was a fun safe and safe afternoon with great people.

My daughter and I had the most amazing 2 hrs ride. Penny and Matt are wonderful people. Penny was super helpful and accomodating for booking our ride and Matt was the most perfect guide! He gave us very detailed instructions on how to handle our horses during the ride and made sure we felt safe all along. Our two horses, Blue and Sunny, were super sweet and gentle 😍. I highly recommend their place to anyone who wants to enjoy a ride in the gorgeous forest.

SERIOUSLY AMAZING! Truly wonderful humans running a phenomenal establishment providing true honest experiences. We treated our girls to a surprise horseback guided tour & they were super stoked! They were very accommodating & extremely kind. Very knowledgeable & so very patient for the first time riders. Prices are way less than I expect! It was such a lovely experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone wishing to ride horseback around Hasting Highlands.

Lovely experience in the heart of Algonquin park! Went for a beautiful picturesque 2hr hike that was simply breathtaking.
Matt and Allison who instructed us in horseback riding were spectacular teachers and tour guides! Had a great time! Highly recommend even though we can’t really feel our legs anymore 🤣

What a FANTASTIC experience. Taylor, our guide, was professional, personable and caring; always taking time to consider us and our well being. The dogs were extremely friendly and affectionate it is obvious they are loved and well cared for and boy they are so happy when running.

Pretty good 1st time experience snowmobiling. My husband and I went with our 2 kids as passengers. My 10 year old got pretty cold sitting on the back for 2 hours. Even though we tried to layer up and dress warmly. Our 14 year old handled it better. For younger kids it would be nice if there was the option of coming back earlier. I really enjoyed the experience myself as a driver.
