Working with Griswold Home Care was a wonderful experience. We had been struggling with the poor care my great aunt was receiving in various rehab and elderly living centers. The situation was distressing for all of us.

Jessica from Griswold came to the facility, spoke with my aunt and our family, and reviewed all of her options. Cathy also took the time to discuss the necessary care details with my mom over the phone. After these conversations, we decided to opt for home care.

Julia, our caregiver from Griswold, has been with my aunt from the start. She is not just a caregiver but a true friend to my aunt and our family. We now look forward to visiting both my aunt and Julia.

My Mom requested help with housekeeping so I contacted Griswold upon a recommendation I received. Met with Cathy to meet my Mom and was told she had the perfect person in mind to help her twice a week. The replacement Caregivers, which Griswold provides when our regular Caregiver takes a break, have met my expectation in the care of my mother-in-law. My family secured care for our 92 year old mother after she broke a hip and shoulder, and it was determined she would no longer be able to remain alone in her home. Griswold Home Care placed a live in caregiver in mom's home assisting her with all activities of daily living as well as meal preparation and light house keeping. The Griswold office staff was attentive to moms needs and worked hard to provide us with the highest of quality caregivers that were a good match to mom's personality. Like most new things mom was hesitant to have care at first, not wanting to give up her independence, but over time she became comfortable having a caregiver in her home 24/7. As time went on her caregivers became a part of our family, they cared for mom as if she was a family member of their own. Aging in place is no easy task but it is what most people want in life we are grateful for the wonderful level of care Griswold provided to mom allowing her to remain at home until her final day at the age of 97.
