I was weary after reading about small and noisy rooms. But was pleasantly surprised. I wouldn't let those reviews sway you. I stayed in 2 rooms since I didn't book all at once. The roadside room was quiet as can be, even though I could see cars on the highway if I opened the blinds. And the issue with coffee makers in the bathroom isn't too bad. Who even uses them? Lobby coffee is always better, and if you book an access able room with a pull out sofa it is way larger than the standard king bed room. The front desk staff was also plesant.

Of all the Quality Suites I've been this is the cleanest and if not the best. Service and the room was great. The only thing that I had a gripe with, was the coffeemaker and the ice bucket were in the bathroom. I woke up late and missed the continental breakfast that closed at 9am. Other than a I had a great stay, definitely coming back.

We stayed one night. We checked into the hotel late, slept and left early in the morning. When I left, they claimed that I was smoking even though I wasn't. I told them it wasn't true and that I didn't smoke, and they told me I had to pay $250. I refused and called the police. This hotel is a business that steals people's money unfairly. Do not stay in this thieves' hotel.

It stared at the front desk. What a welcome the clerk was super nice , inviting, and friendly. The room was very clean, the shower had great pressing, and the water was HOT. What more could you want.
The breakfast was good. The usual hot breakfast. The dining room was clean, and the food was plentiful.

I stayed only one day. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel and I did not smoke. I came very late anyway. And I did not even check the room. They left ashes in the room themselves. And they took money from me. This is theft.

Room was super out dated, don’t like the 100 dollar deposit, the Indian at the front desk said it would be back on my card at noon the next day, I checked out the next morning another Indian said no it could take up to a week… so all in total paid 237 dollars for a crappy room the ac didn’t work there was holes in the carpet and the highway was super noisy! Won’t stop here again also still haven’t got the deposit back yet!

This was the worst night's sleep in a hotel that I have ever had. We stayed on the second floor after a long flight from London to New York, making on our way up the coast to New England. The hotel is next to the highway so it's a bit noisy to begin with, especially if you're on the side facing the I-95 (which we were). The hotel has three stories and we were on the second. We turned out the lights just after midnight. At quarter to one in the morning, someone entered the room above us and started walking around-- they continued walk around for two hours. There is very little ceiling insulation, so you can hear everything. At 2:45 am, after lying awake for two hours, I decided to call downstairs and got a busy signal. I called two more times, then I decided to go down to the front desk. At the front desk, I was told that there was nothing they could do but contact the person in the room above me. I went back upstairs (where I passed a room with someone singing), and ten minutes later, the pacing stopped and whoever it was, left the room. Then it was silent (this is at 3:15 am). At about 6:30 am, the person briefly re-entered the room and then left again.

When I went down to check out in the morning, I explained the situation to the woman at the front desk, and proposed that they give me some kind of break on the price ($106.00), given my lack of a good night's sleep (which is after all the business that a hotel is in). I also mentioned that it was obvious that the person above me was either a hotel employee or a family member given that they were able to get the person to immediately vacate the room in the middle of the night. I mentioned how strange it was that they could get that person to relocate, but could not do the same for me. The front desk clerk said that she could not compensate me in any way and that I was out of luck. I asked for a manager, but there wasn't one available. I picked up a business card with the hotel's email address and asked her to write the manager's name on it, so that I could take up the issue with them at a later date. She wrote the name "Harry" on it. I asked if Harry had a last name and she said she didn't know it-- they just called him Harry. I left, flabbergasted at this hotel's incompetence and complete disregard for their guests.
