This car service was absolutely outstanding for us. It was our first time to NYC and we are so happy with the service from booking, communication, pick ups and drop offs. Absolutely perfect. Easy to deal with in every way. Cars were perfect. Drivers were great. No issues whatsoever. This is the only company I'll use in NY from now on. A special shout out to our driver, Arslan, who was amazing. I have significant motion sickness issues and Arslan was the first driver who didn't make me even a tiny bit queasy - I was in shock! Not even sure how he did it. THANK YOU!

We booked Precision to lift our family of 6 when we coming to New York from Ireland. It's difficult to get transportation for a family our size and we wanted to go together into the city so we didn't want to get 2 taxis.
The reviews online were very good and we booked an SUV.
They were always quick to answer any email queries I had promptly and more importantly, our fly was significantly delayed and they were very accommodating in picking us up at the new time. Kulpreet was our driver and was friendly and very professional. The SUV was very comfortable and very neat and clean. I would definitely recommend Precision NY Chauffeurs to any visitors going to NY, they provide an excellent service!

We recently used Precision NY Chauffeur for transfers from LGA to Manhattan and I would definitely use them again. Both our drivers were very nice, on time, and had great communication with us for pick up spots. I had requested a rear-facing infant car seat which were clean and easy to use. I believe both were Gracco brand. Additionally, the vehicle (GMC SUVs) were both very clean and comfortable. They also had bottled water available for us. Great experience both ways.
