I won a cruise through a contest at work. When I finally called Cain Travel to schedule or see other options, the lady I spoke with was VERY rude and snobby. They may know what they are doing and they have a great reputation... that is no excuse for poor customer service. I wonder if I had purchased this cruise, personally, if they would have been polite and helpful. I never write bad reviews so this hard for me. I just want others to be aware. Hope everyone has a great day!
