We had a great morning rafting the Arkansas River with our guide Mike D. We did the half-day Brown's Canyon National Monument out of Buena Vista and had a blast. Mike was a fantastic guide and we would love an opportunity to raft with him again in the future. We ranged in age from 17 to 50 and we all loved every second of the trip. Highly recommend!!!

Great experience, our guide Benny was awesome and very knowledgeable. Enjoyed the 2 hour ride down the Arkansas river with a few stops to let the kids hop out and swim around a bit

I selected PTR b/c they were offering %25 of rate for team building trips. I had a group of four varsity athletes and three adults. Full price was $105. I had done the math prior to booking and was expecting somewhere near $600. The initial amount charged was over $850. I had to walk the employee through the process of determining the sale price, we arrived at $611.

We booked Numbers at 8:45, arrived at 8:20. I entered, the lady at the computer did not greet me or even look up. I said, "My name is Stefanie Skimehorn, here for the numbers" She still did not move. I became concerned and tapped the counter, without looking up she said
"Im waiting for you to tell me something important"
"Give me an example of something important"
"Your name"
"I began by introducing myself but let me try again"
Someone from the back came out to try to help. She was kind and even gave me a stick of gum.

I go outside to see the entire team sitting on benches, no gear, no clue. Coach says he asked and was told to sit there till they were ready to give out wet suits. Others started getting wet suits so I walked up to inquire. Both employees had bowls of something soupy, never stopped eating, and said "they have to come to the rope to get their gear" The smacking of their mouths was intense, coach was frustrated but they all got their gear.

Then I am told our party would be split up. I responded with "no we will not." I was sent back inside to explain how team building is only possible if the team is working together. The response was
"or maybe you'll make some new best friends"
"Let me be clear, we were sold a package that ensured we would all be together."
Idk if the person lied, didn't know, or was just saying anything to make the sale after the math lesson but it doesn't matter. Im sent back out side to talk to another man and he finally tells me we will all be in same raft!

The excitement is building, we start rafting, everything in our boat is going great. About 100 feet from the dock all three of the adults in our raft are violently ejected. The boys all scramble to get us back in. I asked our guide in the van if he knew that boulder was there that just thunder punched every adult out of the raft. He said he knew it was there. This left me lacking words, a rare thing. I decided to think on it before I posted. If he knew it was there and he intentionally hit it then what does that mean? If he didn't know, because the Arkansas changes all the time but lied to save face then he is more worried about his pride than my safety?

Trip concludes with me walking past family getting ready to raft. They are trying to determine how much gear to get. As a southerner we openly share information to help each other. I told her she would be amazed at how warm they would get out there. Another employee is walking by, ear hustling, and says "she did the Numbers you might need more, don't listen to her" I grabbed my pearls and almost started quoting Steel Magnolias.

This was my third WWR trip in this area. This was by far my most anxiety filled, questional company I have been with. From start to finish I felt the need to stay alert and diligent. They demonstrated they were willing to change the rules of the game at any moment.

We had an amazing experience here!! It was my first time ever white water rafting, and Margo made it an AMAZING time! She was so nice, made us laugh, and is very good at what she does & you can tell she has passion for it. She ensured our safety the whole time along with making sure we had fun! The entire staff was friendly. We will be back for sure! & how cool that they had a photographer!?

Awesome!! So much fun and great people, I just loved it. The safety speech from Stuart was informative and put one in our group at ease! Our guide Sean was fun, great personality, knew what he was doing and it was so much fun to hear about our surroundings as we were having the time of our life. We will be back!!

What an amazing experience on our girls trip!! I was a first timer and it was an experience I’ll never forget, thanks to JEREMY, Christina and Reese! Jeremy is the best tour guide!!! Very talented in the water and made me feel safe the entire time! (even though I was nervous beforehand) I left wanting to go back asap! We did a full day and lunch was included. It was a really cool stop on shore in a little area with plenty of space to walk around for a minute and stretch your legs or just relax and enjoy the water flowing! I assumed it would be something pre made and I was surprised when they got out fresh veggies and cut them up right there! We had an awesome spread of the best sandwiches (3 types of cheese, 3 bread options, 5 meat options, ALL the veggies, Chick-fil-A sauce!! Oreos, fruit, chips, dip and plenty of water.) I was really impressed by how smoothly everything went! Highly recommend! If you’re nervous on whether or not you should do it…DO IT!!! It’s safe and sooooo much fun! Thank you Jeremy for such an incredible time!

It was an amazing experience! We took a challenging package to the Royal George and were happy with our choice! The guide Scooter guided us professionally despite on her young age! We’ve got a lot of adrenaline and positive emotions! It’s even better than we expected.
