Nancy from Preferred Travel Services is a gem! We were wanting to go on a once in a lifetime trip, with several countries, people leaving at different times, seeing many landmarks, odd requirements and desire to stay in a castle, she handled it all beautifully. Nancy planned our transportation, lodging and tours. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us advice on how to navigate each city and what to expect. She accounted for things we didn't know about to make our trip better. Her professionalism and communication with us was stellar!
We had an amazing once in a lifetime trip and have already recommended her to our friends and family. I hope we have the opportunity to use her again.

I will never use Preferred Travel Service for any of my future vacations. Nancy was very difficult to get hold of for answers to reservation
questions or even requests of information for submitting travel insurance. We were never given a cell number to contact her, only the office number or her email. The quickest response time from her usually took 3 days via email or phone . We ended up paying more for airline tickets and had to use a different airline because of a delay in booking our tickets.

This travel agency is the most friendly and knowledgeable. Nancy is very experienced at assisting you in getting the best value for airline flights and hotels. Plus, she makes her detailed search for you in person a pleasant experience. This was my first time using this agency and definitely it will not be my last. And if any questions about passports and visas are a concern for you, there is no need to fret for she has all the answers to those questions at her fingertips.
