The Benson felt like a warm and inviting home rather than a typical hotel. With a friendly and immediately welcoming staff, a bright airy entrance, with gathering niches sprinkled throughout the beautiful hotel, it was a nice stay in a luxurious, yet relaxed, environment. ||||Accessible rooms are so differing at most hotels, but we were impressed with the Benson’s incorporation of aesthetic accessibility and universal design. With smooth and quick elevators, we recognized this was a great first impression. ||||We stayed in a beautifully decorated Accessible Room. The accessible features included a lowered peephole on the door, an armoire with lower hanging rail, and a roll-under desk that fit a wheelchair perfectly. The bathroom had a very modern and clean accessible toilet, a roll-under vanity, and zero-entrance roll-in shower. There was even a nice lowered hanging hook for a robe or a towel easily reachable from a wheelchair. ||||We will definitely be staying here again.

My wife and I stayed in one of the Pioneer suites with our two kids for one night and had a great experience. The layout of the suite was perfect - bedroom with a large bathroom (separate tub and shower), living room, kitchen, and an additional bathroom off the kitchen. I wouldn't mind living there for a few weeks! We also ate dinner and breakfast at Common Good and were pleasantly surprised about how solid it was. The hotel is appointed beautifully and still has that new feeling. All of the staff we encountered were also excellent. Highly recommend!

We live in Texas, but went to Colorado on vacation. This hotel was chosen.

It was amazing! The staff was so helpful, professional and down to earth.

We not only felt like appreciated guests; we felt like family!

The hotel is so beautiful. The restaurant inside had great breakfast (a little pricey though). We loved it and highly recommend it!

Very Convenient location to the Medical School and our Son's Apartment at Fitzsimons. Lots of Restaurants and Coffee shops close by. If the Benson had a Pool or Hot tub added. That would be a great touch. The Work out room is very nice! We will come back for our next visit.

Staff at front desk and at the restaurant was amazing. Room was quiet.
My complaint is there was snot on a wash cloth shower had a snot on the wall as well as long brown hair in the shower. I stripped the bed there was blood on the mattress protector. My biggest complaint is at 9:30 am housekeeping knocked came in when my husband opened the door. Nothing was said and they grabbed our dirty linen. Check out is at 11 we were still in the room finishing getting ready to leave. Housekeeping should wait until 11 or until we have gone to the front desk to turn in keys.

This hotel is honestly so lackluster. For the price, there are too many inconveniences. The complimentary parking is almost a 10 minute walk from the hotel and if you do valet, it’s a $39 additional charge per night. The wifi barely worked in the room. It would disconnect every few hours. There was barely any housekeeping. We’d leave the hotel around 1pm and they seemed to never come back around to clean our rooms. We had no hand soap in the bathroom and had to use the face soap for our hands.

The hotel is beautiful and some of the staff were friendly, but most would make us feel judged every time we’d go down to the lobby. I think the hotel has a lot of potential but they have a long way to go for the price they charge.

The staff was exceptional. All of them were in great spirits so helpful and so kind. The front desk staff and the concierge were really the stars of the show and set the tone of an great experience at the hotel. ||||Rooms were clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect location for conferences at University of Colorado Medical campus!

Within walking distance of UC campus and a close drive to numerous restayrabts, the bitabical garden and museum. The rooms were spacious, clean and mostly soundproof. The Service, from checkin to room and dining was exceptional. Fabulous food and cocktails. Beds were comfortable but because they are temperpedic or some such, they were hot to sleep on.
