We were in RMNP and happened to end up behind Chadd’s tour van. Despite not being part of his tour he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Because he knew we were behind him he even pointed out wildlife to us (including the moose pictured) that we definitely would not have seen otherwise. We will absolutely be booking a tour with Chadd the next time we are in RMNP and wish him the best during tornado season in Iowa! Thank you Chadd, you made our experience unforgettable!!

This tour was amazing! We drove up many mountains and went through a bunch of nature during our full day private tour. Chadd knew where to find all the animals and was really informative about the species. We saw a bunch of elk, turkeys, pika, and much more. There was so much to see and learn about. Chadd knew all the history of areas we drove around. We also had lunch at a Mexican restaurant and then continued our tour. And over all it was an amazing experience and 100% worth the money. I attached a few pictures that I took. But Chadd also has his own camera and he takes pictures and then edits them and send them to you.

One of you vans was driving reckless last night on hwy 191 outside of Moab. Very unprofessional and dangerous. The driver was driving erratic and cutting cars off. I witnessed him start brake checking a Semi hauling fuel. I was shock at the disregard for the safety of others on an already dangerous road

Tour Guide with Road Rage:
You should be very cautious to book a tour with this man. I happened to be driving behind him in the Big Thompson Canyon and witnessed him driving extremely erratically. I saw him pass multiple cars illegally and almost push a car off the road! I was able to see the side of his vehicle at one point which has his business name and number right on the side so it wasn’t hard to find out who it was. The passenger in my car was able to call police and report him and I am assuming other people reported him as well. This is all very unsettling especially if he does tours in RMNP, I would never want this man to guide me and my family if he is that much of an aggressive driver. It’s very frightening. I hope I can help some people to avoid going on his tour, there are so many other SAFER options in RMNP and I hope Chadd gets some anger management help. Take care!
Response to Chadd: unfortunately, my review is real. I have no reason to make something like this up since I don’t even know Chadd or his business. Perhaps we were the only ones who reported the aggressive driving because we were directly behind Chadd so we saw everything. It honestly was terrifying to see a tour guide almost push a car off the road. *I do want to mention that this was not in the RMNP where he does tours, this must have been on his off time while he was not working. And this happened June 22nd at 12:30pm. (My review was under review so it wasn’t posted right away when the incident happened) Everyone has bad days but it’s no excuse to drive erratically especially when your name, number and company name is plastered on the side of your car… But If this is not you and your vehicle in the picture that I was able to take, please inform me but this is the only Chadd’s walking with wildlife that I could find in and around Estes Park.

Our family of 6 did a full day tour with Chadd and it was well worth it. From the time we booked the tour to the time of the tour he was coordinating with us the best time to meet to help increase our chances to see wildlife. We saw amazing scenery including elk (too many to count), moose (14 including a pair of recently born twins), big horn sheep, coyotes, numerous varieties of birds (including a pair of ptarmigans), waterfalls, and a number of smaller animals. He was very knowledgeable regarding the wildlife, the mountains, flowers and the area. He even recommended other activities and restaurants we should visit. He was all around very helpful. He even helped others spot the wildlife that we were seeing and they couldn't. I would definitely recommend going on Chadd's tour.

This was the highlight of our trip. Chadd provided a fun and educational trip for our family of 4. He provided so much information on the animals and RMNP. It was overcast and with some drizzle and we weren't sure how the trip would go but we still saw a bunch of animals and experienced being in the clouds literally. It was so much fun. We took tips we learned from Chadd and was able to find animals on our own later in our trip as well. He has a ton of information on the surrounding parks and things to see and do in the area. The pictures he took of our family will be a longtime reminder of our amazing trip. He worked so hard to customize the trip to what we wanted to see and do. He literally found us a moose in the last few minutes knowing that was something we really wanted to see. We cannot recommend Chadd enough and the tour was well worth the investment. Truly a must do. We would definitely do another tour with Chadd!

Chadd made a rainy day one of my best in Rocky Mountain National Park! We saw so many amazing animals in their natural habitats including moose (and moose babies), elk, mule deer, wild turkey, and Rocky Mountain bluebird. I highly recommend this tour. Chadd is knowledgeable and friendly. We had an amazing time!
