We had a wonderful stay at Roseberry. Richard and Charmy opened their door with smiles and gracious personalities. We had a very comfortable room and it was great to have a window air conditioner and an overhead fan. Charmy's homemade treats (the biggest and best chocolate chip cookies your eyes will ever see and the breakfast muffins) will make us want to go back to Susanville. Richard's breakfast was both a show stopper presentation and delicious. We enjoyed the five deer who visit their yard frequently. Thanks again for a wonderful visit in your lovely home.

Before we even knocked on the door our hosts Richard and Charmy were there to greet us. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the quiet street. It was nice to sit out on the little porch near our room in the evening. Breakfast was very yummy and our hosts asked what breakfast time worked best for us. Then there were the roseberry muffins each day. What a great idea and Charmy includes a little bag so you can take them with you if you are too full from breakfast. It was a short walk into town where we had dinner at a very charming pub. We stayed here on our way through Susanville on a trip and looked forward to our second night on our return trip. To top it all off we were traveling by motorcycle and Richard offered to put it in the garage overnight. Just a real nice play to stay with two really nice people.

From the warmth of the welcome to the very yummy breakfast this is a great place to stay in Susanville. Our room was large and thoughtfully furnished. We had a very quiet night’s sleep and were sent on our way with a couple of delicious muffins for our journey. The tip to put them in the windescreen to get them warm worked a treat and they were gorgeous. So reasonable yet so much kindness and thought for a very low price. Thank you Richard and Charmy for a lovely stay.

Richard and Charmy do an incredible job in running their B & B. Not only was our stay quiet and comfortable; they serve a delicious breakfast every morning that few restaurants can match! To top all of that, they send you off with wonderful muffins in the morning and have fresh baked cookies awaiting your return in the evening. We also appreciated them being dog friendly.

This month we spent two nights at the Roseberry House while on a bike trip. Built in the early 1900s each room had its own charm and we slept on a wonderful feather bed. Our hosts provided each morning a delicious breakfast in their amazing dining room. Plus muffins and a large freshly baked cookie to take on our ride. Richard & Charme gave us great suggestions for dinner. Our favorite was The Red Onion. We highly recommend the Roseberry.

We loved this super bnb in Susanville. My daughter loved it because there was a friendly dog, the people are very kind, it's a house rather than a hotel so you feel at home, the food is wonderful and the house looked very nice. We liked it because Richard and Charmy were wonderfully welcoming. They treated us like proper house guests. Richard's breakfast was top notch, featuring pancakes made with peaches from their garden. And Charmy's cookies and muffins were delicious. Thank you both for a lovely stay.

Charms & Richard could not have been more gracious hosts. Inn is lovely filled with beautiful antique pieces. Very pleasant overnight stay. Extremely pet friendly, as is Lassen Boardroom (delicious pizza!).

Beautiful, quaint, quiet, great value. Most importantly, owners/operators Richard and Charmy are the nicest, sweetest people I've ever met. They'll visit for as long as you're willing but are also very cognizant of not monopolizing ones time and will graciously and proactively say "goodbye for now" or at the least let you know that you can beg off whenever you want. Wonderful ambiance to the entire house and such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place is gorgeous, but the stay is made special by Richard and Charmy. God Bless you both!
