Everything is ok . You are getting what you are paying for . Nice place to spend 2 to 3 nights due to high way so much noise of cars almost 24 hours other than that Everything seems fine .

My son and I stayed here for three days (April 19-21). Their prices are reasonable and the service is first class, I needed hot water for tea and they sent a microwave to my room which was a great touch.

I will Never stay at this Motel Ever Again. The room looked dinghy, the sheets did not look clean, the bathtub had hair in it most likely from the previous guests. There was a strange man seated down stairs from my room whom looked homeless and was there for hours. And to bring to this review, They did not return my deposit to me because they said that I smoked in the room. Firstly I do not smoke and secondly the front desk contacted me 2 days later to confirm my card number to return my deposit to my card. Never once explaining to me that my deposit will not be returned to me! Telling me that my deposit will be returned to my card in 5-7 business days. When I called 10 business days later because my phone bill did not get paid due to the Motel not returning my deposit, Then is when they notified me that my deposit was being held for "smoking" in the room. Horrible Customer Service Dirty and Dinghy room, and homeless hang out it seemed to be. And to top it off they put me on hold never to return or answer my calls after that! Horrible Horrible Motel!

I had called and asked how much was a standard one bedroom room for the night, the guy told me $50 including taxes. When I arrive there 30 minutes later, the same guy I spoke to on the phone told me it was $80 total. Then when I was paying he said the total changed to $92 I said okay fine. The next morning as I was leaving, I noticed spider webs in the corner of the room and spiders on the window. I told them if I could receive a full or partial refund since the room should’ve been inspected before I entered. They were saying how I should’ve let them know earlier and that it was my fault. How could I have let them know earlier if I just noticed it 5 minutes before I told you guys? that is seriously so disgusting. Also, everything looks like it’s at least a decade old, from the appliances, to the bedding, the furniture, etc. Needs a remodel asap.

Highly not recommended, It's very noisy next to the road and has a strong odor

There are a few hairs in and on the white sheets. Not sure if they have been washed.

The heating is not working and the room is very cold

The owner was courteous & friendly. The room is spacious and clean. TV, Microwave & refrigerator work well. Wifi is good, parking available, and the price is reasonable. I had a good experience here. The only concern is the access to the address from the street is too close to the freeway exit, need some caution to get in and out from the parking lot. And if you use Google map, it will lead you there from the opposite side of the street, making you need to turn around in the next intersection & a little bit far.

We got this room because it was inexpensive and convenient for our destination. Reviews were not bad either. We got 3 nights.
First day we leave and come back no housekeeper had turned the room over. What?!
Go and ask why? Was told oh this is only done every other day. Ok fine can we please get some more clean towels and a couple more pillows?(pillows are paper thin)
Next day we leave for the day. This should be the day housekeeper comes to clean our room. Come back. Beds are the same as we left them, floors haven't been cleaned,(swept or mopped) trash was empty and clean towels were given however, mirrors dirty and shower didn't get cleaned.

So they say they clean the rooms every other day, we check out the day the room should be clean, as it was not really ever cleaned are you not going to clean it till the next day?

Boy is this place a joke.
