American West has excellent customer service and communication. Our round trip day trip to Ventura from Pasadena was very successful and my group had a wonderful time. The bus was super comfortable.

Tom is a fantastic driver. He’s a great guy, positive energy, and very resourceful. He was able to navigate some crazy traffic (including freeway closures) and help us find good bathroom stops.

I highly recommend American West for all of your bus charter needs.
