Okay for an overnight stop. Easy in and out. Hot shower, facilities were good. We arrived late and check in was simply to find a spot and pay in the morning.

This place is beside a truck stop but still fairly quiet. We liked the well marked gravel lots but many spots(if not all) are not level. Some RVs had their jacks extended out and wheels off the ground.

The property manager is very friendly and open to accommodating for a monthly rate. She even gives a discount for guests who are working in the area. There is a nice bathhouse and a laundry room on the property.

Hey all, this is my first review...ever. Buyer Beware! This place charges a mandatory cancellation fee of $21 no matter the amount of notice you give. This does not seem to be well advertised. My story...I was booking out a trip in mid July for vacation in mid September and booked a one night stay here. About an hour later, I cancelled the reservation in writing because we changed our travel route and were no longer traveling through Yreka. I was charged a mandatory cancellation fee with two months notice and only having the reservation for about an hour. To be fair, the employee I spoke to was friendly and apologetic. They indicated it was a corporate policy and there was nothing they could do. I have never stayed here so I can not speak to the quality of the park. Possibly never will.

The campground is clean and well maintained. The laundry facilities are good and everyone working here is super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here much more so than any of the other RV parks we have stayed in for work.

Park staff were very polite and helpful. Easy access from I-5. Nice Park for overnight or longer stay. Facilities were clean and sanitary. Sites were small but easy parking my 37ft 5th wheel. Only draw back was no dog park. Had to exercise pet in adjacent fields. Will stay again when in area.

Welcome email had all the codes need to use the amenities. Per the email a welcome packet would be provided. -negative- a paper was taped to the door with reservation info and the site # highlighted with a note saying find your site on the map. It was difficult to navigate the layout of the park and the one way streets but finally figured it out! After a long travel day sometimes you just need a drawn out map to follow.

Great dog park! No dig out holes so our pups were safe to play and not escape.
The doggie fun obstacles were laid out flat and unusable.

Now let’s talk something not mentioned in the welcome email
-the sprinklers-
They come on at 6am until about 6:10am. Why is this important? When your puppy wakes up at 6 AM every morning because that’s the time your family wakes up and wants to go outside to potty and well. The sprinklers are going off right outside your doorstep and you cannot get down the steps without being completely drenched. There’s a problem. Also, we had left our camp chairs outside last night, so we could wake up with the puppies let them potty and have our coffee outside at our campsite. Well guess what they were soaked. We had nowhere to sit-the morning, didn’t start off right.

I would also like to know that, even though this park is very close to the highway, there was very little to none noise from the highway itself. Only the trucks that came into the truckstop nearby could you even hear slightly. So don’t let that stop you from staying here. The location is a very quick and easy off the interstate and easy easy back on in the morning. It’s great for a one night stay. I really don’t know what is in the area so I can’t say how great it would be for an extended stay.

There is also a very cool play gym on property for anyone with children the age that would play on a play gym. It is also as I said right down the street from a truckstop that has a full service center fuel diesel, a cat scale, all the cold beverages you could ask for small food court, and friendly staff as well.

We did not physically interact with any of the staff at the park as we came in after hours after a very long travel day. And left again in the morning pretty early.

Great rates, good maintenance, nice open areas for pets to roam. Close to the truck stop that has an amazon box, and they allow mail and pa pages daily to be delivered. The laundry facility is decent, and the park has wifi. Garbage cans are serviced regularly, and the staff is very nice and accommodating! 10 of 10. Can't complain and love the mini strips of grass outside the rv spots. Gives animals and kids an area to roam and relax.

Kara Woods

We have had the pleasure of staying at numerous RV parks, but this one stands out as one of the best. The staff is incredibly attentive to our needs and keeps the park immaculate and peaceful. We would stay here again.
