Upon arrival everything seemed fine, easy access with code, looked clean. We started unloading luggage and my kids stayed in the second floor where beds were located. They saw bugs and we immediately started searching the beds. The bedding was new but as soon as I took off the bedding I noticed the mattress protector cover was all torn. We then thought the worse, bed bugs so we saw cleaning personnel and told them, She said that everything was new and she couldn't do much so that I had to contact owner because the owner of B202 only had that condo so changing us to another condo would be impossible. So I contacted that owner and said she was not there and to talk to the cleaning personnel and that they would change the sheets. So I spoke with Anne and told her I was not comfortable staying there and didn't like it she said I was not going to stay for free. By this time my husband and I began turning the mattress over and checking the box spring. Besides having stains and the mattress being torn and old I saw signs of bed bugs being there. So I took pictures and sent them to the owner, unfortunately I had to cell service and only poor wi-fi signal that would not send the pictures so then she started saying I was crazy that what did I expect if I was staying in the mountains and obviously it has bugs. So then obviously I was not comfortable staying in those beds and asked for a partial refund and that I would leave. The lady went annoyed to super angry and was very rude. She called me princess that I was making too much drama and this was the day we arrived at 4pm we were tired after 6hr drive and it was my birthday. I finally was able to chat with someone on booking.com they said they would contact her and all she needed to do was consent to getting a partial refund so we could leave but did she agree of course not. She didn't even answer to booking.com so I had to call her and she went psycho and said I was threatening her kept insulting me.

Basically it is the worst ever, expect to be bitten by bed bugs they are outdated still have carpet smell old and the view as advertised here is misleading. Your balcony view is to parking lot. It is not owned by one person I am sure the rooms have multiple owners. Owner of B202 is an irresponsible owner that only owns that room and does not care about the bed bugs she obviously has. The cleaning personnel clean all the rooms of A and B so either they are all infested already or they will be. Be Careful. I tried to reason with the owner Anne Acuna McFarlin but she didn't care her response "The bedding is brand new. There are no bed bugs. It is spring in the mountains, this is nature, if the door is open a bug can fly in and that is not the same thing as a bug problem. There is nothing wrong with the room" and I quote. Booking tried to get a cancellation fee but she thought I wanted to stay for free. I rented 3 nights and only stayed 2 because by night 2 we all woke up with bed bug bites. Apparently you can tell the difference between spider, bed bug, and mosquito bites. Bedbug bites usually are in a line or a zig zag line appear red and can take some time to appear depending on the person and are in groups of 3 or more. We cut our vacation short had to leave a day early and this person needs to fix this before she rents it again. No one should have to go through this on a vacation trip which is suppose to be relaxing.

Good location, but: we stayed at unit A208 which is second floor, the beds where horrible (all of them). Another problem of staying at second floor is the grill smells, every evening when the neighbors starts to cook kin the electric grills the apartment gets fill with bad smell (closing the doors is the only options to reduce it but as there is no air-condition it heats up the apartment). Recommend to avoid

Lovely compact condo. Great for 2, possibly a squeeze for more. Location is fantastic, really close to Glacier Point Road and 35 mins from Yosemite Valley. Very rural, nothing in the vicinity apart from a few deer! Condo is in great condition and has all the equipment and amenities you need.

The location was relatively convenient. The room and furniture were a little outdated and the rooms had thin walls and doors; you could hear almost everything. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. All in all the price wasn't horrible though.

Last month we stayed at the Yosemite's Enchanted Forest Vacation Rental (Condo A106) and were less than impressed. Unfortunately, the experience was not what we had hoped for. The unit was not what we expected or what we thought we had been shown. Their website is now updated and includes more pictures, so that issue should now be resolved for future renters. The first evening we arrived, we entered the TINY space to find that our bed was a murphy bed- not exactly comfortable, but not terrible-, the fireplace was not working (keep in mind there is no AC or central heat), the bathroom was so tiny that my husband and I could not both be in there at the same time, we were greeted by two spiders in the small space, and more. On top of that, we were given a wifi password, but the wifi was not working. So, we called the housekeeping-no answer. Called Holly- no answer. Called the housekeeping again- left a message. Housekeeping and maintenance arrived and fixed the fireplace but when asked about the wifi, we were informed that it just didnt work in our room- ever. Overall, the place was "stayable" but it was not what we expected and we were highly disappointed. If we travel back to Yosemite, we will definitely not stay in this condo, and will likely search for a different company to rent from.

Great place to stay. Close to hiking trails and in the middle of nature. Public wifi would have been nice, but not necessary (there is private wifi). Spacious and clean.
