Arrived back to port of Miami on November 9th and the ship was late disembarking and some of the other people on the same ship and bus said that the driver threatened to leave my sister and myself. He had such a bad attitude. Also the bathroom you couldn't use it and the phone charging ports were not working. For $140.00 per person they need better services and nicer employees.

Used the Cruise Express Shuttle service to Miami. They really need more competition. Parking was a nice benefit. Brand new driver, his first day, very unorganized, very late, didn't know his bus, both ways. Need to better prepare new drivers with someone riding along for a trip or 2 to show them the ropes.

Do you need a ride to your nearest cruise ship? Port miami, Port Canaveral, Port Everglades or Port Miami. Affordably priced and always great service. All the drivers are great but feel free to ask for Dave I'm also a local villager.

Even if you don't book a trip through them, you can book a seat on their us to any cruise line. Very convenient. No driving, no hassles. And they pick you up , same spot

Our group used Yankee Trails bus service for transportation to and from Port Canaveral, this past week, for a cruise. Scheduled many months in advance, the first pickup in Leesburg was 30 minutes late, not real bad, but our group was on time as promised. When we returned from the cruise, following directions from Yankee Trails, our group once again was on time, waiting in the cold and rainy day for our pick up that was 1 hour and 45 minutes late, and no call from the driver as promised. The reason for the two star rating is, once on the bus, the ride is comfortable.
