Very rude and not helpful went elsewhere . This gentleman needs to have manners . The way I was spoken to is beyond belief . I had questions he could not answer . . I was told to book myself ? What's the use of calling yourself a travel agent when you tell someone to do thier own research ? I will and would never call you back again with your attitude .
