This was our first time staying at a World Mark property. They set the bar extremely high! Everything was perfectly clean and maintained! We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath while in town caring for a dying family member. The kitchen was such a blessing to have stocked with pans and dishes, even gourmet seasoning!

Every staff member we encountered provided truly top notch customer service.

There were several beds in this unit. Some were firm and some were soft. It worked well for us.

The apartment sized stackable washer/dryer was so convenient.

The common areas were beautifully arranged and decorated. The hot tub and sauna were amazing amenities as well.

Amazing hotel and superb staff! Very clean and well maintained property! We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen and laundry in the unit. Some beds firm, some soft! Well stocked with dishes and pans.||There are board games and videos to borrow. There is a hot tub and sauna as well as pool outside on 2nd floor. Very nice!||Covered parking is tight unless you have a smaller vehicle. We had a Ford Ranger and it was tight. Uncovered parking is available as well.||Just 3 blocks from the Riverwalk and from major casinos! Plenty of restaurants in the area.||There are vending machines available.|Staff is very knowledgeable about the area and all had excellent customer service!

My husband had surgery, 2 blocks away. So convenient. Staff was AWESOME. Very quiet. Parking was very easy. Very clean inside and outside.7 star rating. Thanks.

Location of the resort in relation to Reno's casinos was excellent. We were only a couple of blocks away from the famous Reno arch. The size of the unit was perfect for 3 people and we had everything we needed and then some. The ONLY item we had was the location of the faucets in both bathrooms. When fully turned on, the water would spray on us instead of staying in the sink. Note: we visited in the beginning of Nevada's off season so some things were closed in neighboring towns.

The hotel front desk staff were the best. Simone and Jeff are caring and compassionate. Both Simone and Jeff took care of their needs. I was told by my family members the unit was wonderful and accommodated them nicely.

Upon arrival we were notified that due to overbooking our reservation was cancelled. Busy weekend. Two kids. Good luck. Ps people say that it is the usual thing at Wyndham hotels, good to know for future reservations. Will share with friends and family.

Spacious condos. The best part of this location is the staff. The entire team is friendly and starts a conversation. If you need something they have no problems helping you. Someone is cleaning the common areas at least once a day. The rooms are nicely equipped and typical condo rental. Bathrooms are small. It is a convenient location to downtown Reno and the nearby casinos. The property features a spacious game room and a pool. Walking distance to many, many restaurants and the Riverwalk. The overall area is sketch, be aware of your surroundings.

Nice place, the rooms are great. Close to downtown reno. The downside is that you have to pay for wifi daily. There's construction across the street, so the view may be obstructed by the time whatever it is cgets completed.
