Anes saved our vacation and my mom and I are so thankful for him! Our flight got cancelled and he stayed on the phone with me until he could find another flight the same day. No one was being helpful at the airport and he got it fixed very quickly for us. We are very thankful for him and will always book through him going forward. Booked airfare in November 2019 for summer of 2020 then covid happened and had a voucher for 2 years…wanted to use the voucher for 2021 and called them up and they said it would be $400 more. Asked for a refund which they gave me but shorted me $180, never told me that they would short me over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend these guys to anyone.

My husband and I booked a vacation to Riviera Maya, Mexico last year through this company and they were awesome. I'm an unusually demanding,spoiled brat(there I said it!) and they impressed even me. Our travel agent was patient, knowledgeable, and spent the extra time required to custom tailor an an all inclusive package to our needs. I was pleasantly surprised; we had a miniscule budget to work with because we wanted to save tons of money for tours, since there is so much to do in neighboring Cancun(I knew because I'd been there before, but it was my husband's first time, so I wanted him to experience everything the area had to offer).We did an Apple square deal , which is a great way to ensure a 5 star resort at a discounted price...we will be doing business again very soon with World Travel and for the years to come as both my husband and myself are avid travelers. I booked a trip to Europe last year through World Travel with Ela. She was very nice and communicative. I plan to go on another trip this summer and I called World Travel and was told that Ela no longer works there. I spoke with another lady and gave her dates and destination. I didn’t hear anything for 2 days so I called back. She said she is still working on it and will give me a call. Never did and that was almost 2 months ago. So I decided to not call anymore and take my business elsewhere.

Someone answered the phone like they hated their job and then just waited for me to speak. I asked if this was world travels and they said yes and another silence. I never do business with people that make it clear they do not care about the customer.
