If I could give negative stars, I would. I called this business to help with planning a trip to Australia and a trip next year to Hawaii. I need a new travel agent because, sadly, my last agent passed away from cancer. I am not sure who I spoke with on the phone, but I was appalled by her attitude and response. She said that she could not help me and then hung up. Really! That is a sure-fire way to gain new clients - Ha ha (yes, I am being sarcastic here). I am a frequent traveler (at least 4 trips a year). Now, apparently, she does not need any more clients, so DO NOT waste your time calling the agent. I have found an agent who cares about me being their client and goes out of her way.

Ms. Lee was wonderful, and accommodated us beyond our wildest expectations. The view at the Flamingo was spectacular of the strip, and the room was beautiful and spacious. Our flights went smoothly, thanks to her reservations. We got everything we asked for, and more, which made for a trip we will never forget!
