I want to give a big shout out to Elisa Taylor, owner of World Less Traveled Travel Agency. Our Italy trip was a success because of her help. She partnered with me in planning our whole trip. I actually had the fun part of telling her my dream and through her vast knowledge and experience she recommended hotels and helped me with the itinerary. Once I made the decisions, she then did the booking of the hotels, airlines, and trains and tours and made it as seamless as possible. Not only that but she was available when we were on our trip when a hotel glitch came up and took care of that for us.
In a world where service seems a thing of the past, Elisa still knows how to deliver service to clients. She has now helped me with two Europe trips. I absolutely wouldn’t plan a big trip without her.
