Keith, Mr. Willy, Tyler and the rest of the woodspring suites staff are amazing. Willing to accommodate almost anything you could ask for, in a timely and efficient manner.

When I arrived the room was very clean to the point you could smell the cleaning supplies used.

Have been currently enjoying my stay and if need be I will be choosing this extended stay again

I came back to stay a third time the Manger Keith told me he called but had a room ready and told me I could not stay there . Then he told me to go to Bay meadow to stay. I’m like really. He lied on a worker and said they tried to call me on my phone. After arrived there to check in.
But I meet Keith when he first started working for WoodSpring he gave some of his history. But Keith isn’t straight at all . I think the customer is scared of him and the woman won’t speak up about what he has done to them. How you firer the employee but you won’t resign for the same-thing Harassment, Drinking , powder on the nose and whatever else you do in room after hours . My opinion on Keith is getting away with things that no one telling. He should be investigated on his actions. This extended stay should get another manager.
The first time I stayed was as complicated.
The second time the rules had changed to a deposit but the lady on phone that made the reservation never mentioned a deposit.
But to be put in a nasty room (1st room) that needed a detailed clean because he smelled Burned food and the bathroom was dirty and the tub was backing up when you turn shower on. And ac had not been cleaned out had mold a spider in it . Then I cleaned the room. Then had to move to another room that had to be cleaned and the Ac went out and I got locked out the room and had to go to Keith to get new key and stated to the I don’t Like him. Keith is drama dude and he need to get his self together and man. And this Woods Springs is always 20 - 40 dollars more than the others in Jacksonville area. Anybody that has stayed there should get a refund for prices.

I'm having some work done on my RV at General RV next door. They needed to run an overnight test, so I made a reservation here out of convenience, (and a good recommendation from someone in GenRV's service dept). My room is very clean. The front desk staff has been fantastic. The room has a nice kitchenette. There is a laundry room and a gym. There's also a Korean bar / restaurant across the street and a Domino's within walking distance. The other guests near me have been quiet. No complaints. I'm enjoying my stay.

Will never book here again! Bed was very uncomfortable and had only 2 very small pillows! No shower curtain so when took shower water was all over bathroom. They only gave 2 wash clothes and 2 bath towels, no hand towels. Room was on 1st floor near stair case which also is where back door to outside was located, I didn’t sleep well due to people was in and out ALL NIGHT so sleep was very uneasy. Room wasn’t too clean either. I paid $100.13 for 1 night, I checked in after 3pm more like close to 5pm and checked out before 11am. I handed the guy at counter the keys and he just said you’re good and didn’t give me a paper stating my check out like all other hotels therefore he didn’t properly check me out, which I felt weird about. Next day I get a $7.53 charge, so I called and asked why he said it is an automatic charge for changing out towels, I told him I didn’t get any towels changed out as I only stayed overnight, he said I would still be charged it didn’t matter! That to be is robbery!!! He said he could have stop the charge at check in but didn’t know, which he could see at check in that I was staying one night. He also said it is a $150 deposit for the 1 night which he waived which is still insane to me for this type of hotel. This hotel has too many hidden fees to be such low quality hotel!

The hotel was clean. The attendant was busy yet pleasant. The room was far nicer than the one I stayed in up in Richmond, VA.

Showers were a bit on the cool side but other than that the price was reasonable for the area and the room was comfortable. I would recommend possibly brining one’s own pillows and Maybe some extra toiletries. Front desk was great though!

Keith, Willie and Skyler are awesome. I was sick and in the hospital for 2 weeks and they made sure all of my personal belongings were protected and returned. This meant alot to me and I couldn't ask for a better team who cares. And lets not forget to mention the establishment is clean and provides a safe place for me to rest.
