Sherri Courtney and Norma Roessler of Wonderful World of Travel, along with their European partners, coordinated our family trip to Europe. Our two-week visit to Paris and Zurich was magical! Every event and travel ticket was in hand, every transport appeared on time and with clear and correct instructions. We took a number of tours (Normandy, Louvre, Champagne Region, etc.) and had wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly guides. A nice final touch was the concierge service we received on the day of our departure. A personal guide helped us manage the airport and the customs process. Traveling with a larger group had us worried, but Sherri and Norma handled every detail and truly surpassed our expectations.

My husband and I stayed at The Royal Palms in Scottsdale and working with Norma made the entire stay incredible!

All in all an absolutely gorgeous resort with wonderful gardens and courtyards. We wish we had more time to explore them.

We were personally escorted to our room upon arrival and we were given two complimentary craft cocktails at the bar both days. Breakfast was complementary both mornings and was delicious as well. The pool area was relaxing and beautiful and we spent a morning in one of the courtyards reading and it felt like a true escape from the desert.

Norma was timely in her responses when we had questions, followed up the week before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed, and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. We felt taken care of from beginning to end!

Years ago, I thought the days of travel advisors were over. My parents paid travel agents to help book and plan trips before the internet. As someone who grew up with the internet, I did all my travel planning myself online, finding (what I thought were) the best deals on flights, hotels, and activities – I thought I was saving money. Turns out, I was wrong!

A friend persuaded me to work with Norma and WWTA for a trip to Hawaii, and our experience was phenomenal! We now rely on Norma for all of our vacations, and as a result we spend less money and have a seamless, well-planned, hassle-free experience.

She works with us on all of our vacation goals and desires to make sure that we have the best vacation possible, and she takes care of coordinating with various hotels, airlines, and activity / excursion bookings on our behalf. She’ll put together a detailed itinerary and keep it updated throughout your trip as plans change. This is truly a white-glove experience and takes all the legwork out of vacation planning so you can do what you intend to do: relax and enjoy your time off.
