Peace of mind. That's what I think of when I think of Wolf Creek. I started out as a weekly lesson rider and became a boarder. So much changed for me and my riding in that transition but peace of mind was and still is always there.
Kellie and her staff care so deeply for the horses and you can see it as soon as you arrive. They are all so relaxed, quiet, and safe. The horses all get anything they could possibly want or need - from well-bedded stalls to cookies from kids you know the horses come first here. I never worry if there's a day I can't make it to the barn because I know Kellie, Alicia and the team there will make sure he is properly exercised, groomed, and cared for.
Kellie cares for her people, too. She has such a great program that she can individualize for your riding to make sure that you grow into the best rider and person you can be. In the 2 years since buying my horse, I have gained SO much confidence and experience that I never would have thought possible.
And speaking of people - a better barn culture, I've never experienced! Everyone is so friendly and supportive of each other. I moved here from NC and feel like I've joined the absolute best community of people that have helped make NH feel like home.

Wolf Creek Stables is the perfect place to learn to ride horses, or revive skills after some time way. My daughter has been going for years and winning events at horse shows, while my wife has started riding again.

I really enjoy the friendly trainers and welcoming atmosphere.

We wouldn’t even consider boarding our horse anywhere else.

If you’re thinking of taking a son or daughter to learn to ride or just want to return to horse riding yourself, this is the place for you.

Wolf Creek Stables is a wonderful barn lead by a talented and knowledgeable trainer. My riding and my horse has improved significant since starting lessons, even though we were already an accomplished team. My husband came here as a beginner and now jumps and competes at the same height I do, happily and confidently!

The horses have the best care and always come first, which is always priority for me. Overall a wonderful family atmosphere with people who just want to see you succeed.

My daughter has been riding at Wolf Creek since she was an itty bitty pony-crazed three year old — at this point more than half her life. Kellie is a great trainer for all levels of riders from little kiddos to big show jumpers. She prioritizes safety, a culture of teamwork and respect, and impeccable care for the horses in her care. Her barn feels like a second home and we’re so happy to be a part of the program she’s built.

BOARDERS BEWARE! Kellie will take amazing care of your horse, but only cares about making money, she doesn’t give a crap about her riders. I was one of Kellie’s original borders. I came to her farm when her business was about 6 months old and I’ve been a border there for almost 9 years. The farm and the way how she does business has changed tremendously in that time. When I first joined WCS the farm was mostly adults with no lesson or show requirements. It was a great farm with a close knit farm family and honestly I used to love it there. But that has all changed, WCS is now a children’s show pony barn, with strict lesson and show requirements for all borders. Because my horse was older, I allowed Kellie to use my horse in her lesson program in exchange for waiving the show requirement. About 5 years ago I moved a little over an hour away and at that time Kellie convinced me that my horse was getting older and it was in her best interest for her to stay at WCS. At the time I thought it was the right decision as I loved the farm and knew my horse was being well taken care of. I continued to allow Kellie to use my horse and was promised my horse would always have a home there. When I moved away everything changed. Kellie basically took over my horse and started making all decisions as if she was hers. I would get vet and grooming bills that I knew nothing about, Kellie even had her microchipped without my consent. Kellie would take her off property without asking or even telling me. She was used for shows and beach trips without my knowledge or consent, let alone compensation. I had a fellow boarder in Kellie’s inner circle tell me that my horse fit in very well to the farm family, but I didn’t. I was not allowed to visit during Covid even though other borders were. I was made to feel very unwelcome whenever I was at the barn. I would try to talk to Kellie about my concerns and things would get better for a while but then they’d always get worse. I would rationalize things because I knew Kellie was taking great care of my girl and I couldn’t get to the farm as much as I wanted because I had two toddlers both with some special needs. Throughout all of this I continued to always pay my board in full and on time. When my horse turned 25 Kellie decided it was time for her to retire, mainly because Kellie no longer had a use for her. That’s when Kellie kicked us out. I was given the choice to move to the farm next door or Kellie was going to more than double our board and hold us to the show requirement. Once we moved to the barn next door Kellie continued to make decisions on behalf of my horse without even consulting me, even though my horse wasn’t even boarded on her property any longer. The last straw was when I showed up to ride my horse only to discover Kellie had her shoes pulled without even talking to me. I’ve always been a person who will go along to get along and WCS boasted a drama free barn. However it’s never drama free as Kellie creates the drama herself. She plays favorites and has different rules for different people depending on how much she likes you or what you can do for her. She will make you feel like she’s doing you a favor, but don’t be fooled, she doesn’t do anything that doesn’t also benefit her own self interests. Kellie likes to call you a friend but borders are only paychecks to her. She has zero loyalty to anyone other than herself.

Wolf Creek has been amazing for our family. Kellie is a talented and knowledgeable trainer. Her expectations are high as well as her goals for riders (and horses). Kellie, virtually overnight, turned my daughter's interest in horses into a passion. The barn is well kept and the horses are cared for with love and expertise. Always professional and ALWAYS fun!
