WM needs to improve tremendously on their customer service and operational organization. One hand can never tell you what the other is doing. If you have missed pick ups they always tell you that driver said container wasn't out. Totally never true. Constant issues with pick up and just no consistency with a seamless pick up routine. Nearly impossible to get to speak to a person that can actually fix the problem. They are always having to let the drivers department know cant let driver know to come back and pick up missed container.

***UPDATE**
They have done nothing about it. Our trash usually runs on Mondays. It was a holiday, fine. Tuesday afternoon we call to see why our BROKEN can was still here, AS WELL AS, a can we borrowed from a city who no longer uses their services. (I WONDER WHY) They told us since our can was damaged they didn't think they needed to pick it up. Were we not supposed to have trash? Thankfully we were able to borrow a can because if not, we would have 2 weeks of trash piled up. Who knows if if they will have it picked up Monday.

The lid on our trash can has not been attached since early November. We have put in multiple request for repairs, but never get it fixed. We finally put a stick through to hold the lid on to the trash can. This week, the driver completed ran over our can with his back two wheels. He was very aware he did this as he stopped. We thought he was going to get out of the truck, but instead he decided not to. I have called multiple times and made multiple requests for a new can. This is a place of business, so our trash needs to be dumped weekly. I now will have no where to put my trash. I know they WILL NOT have me a new can by the time I need it IF EVER!!!!! They claim it's because they cannot get any new cans, but the city I reside in just stopped using these services. They sure were quick to pick those cans up! So I know there are probably 3,000 cans just sitting around WHEREVER.

Always on time. They put the can back out of the road so it doesn't block traffic. When l have talked to them on the phone they were very pleasant.

Right now I have been paying for 2 cans which were on property when I bought the place and you only pick up 1 can a empty it then leave the other sitting at the end of my driveway and now busted the lid and won't replace it I think yall need to refund me 7 months of pay for the 2nd can and replace it and start empting it or I need to find another service in mentone alabama

Changed my garbage days without telling me and my garbage man leaves trash on the ground weekly. He is very sloppy. Sometimes even get skipped. Grr.. sucks

Trash service, at least on my road is much better. They pick up on correct days and even between the time frame listed on app.

Driver hit my mailbox. Been waiting a week for it to be fixed then conveniently skipped my can this week while picking up the neighbors cans on both sides. Tried calling 3 times and was hung up on every time.

Update: someone came out today and their idea of fixing the mailbox was to pile some mud around it. No signs that they used concrete to reset the pole like I was told would be done.

Last week, a bag of trash fell out of the can while they were transferring it to the truck. They just left it laying there in the road. WM really needs to review their operational procedures to better serve the customer.
