Scam company. I booked flight with them and after 5 days, there was no confirmation. Called them and told me the price increased and when I wanted to cancel, they said they can't and want me to pay the HIGHER fare. This company shouldn't be in skyscanner app.

It is the worst travel agency I have ever used. When I get paid, there is no response or contact. It's the worst of the worst... Your money and time are precious. If you don't want to lose money, book a reservation somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible. I book a month in advance. They messaged saying the rate changed AFTER I hit confirm. I confirmed the new price. When I arrived. They said my reservation was canceled the day after I booked. WRONG. 30 minutes on hold I eventually asked for a refund. Still waiting for it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Please trust your inner you, I booked with this company for the first time in 12/18 for a flight on 12/26, I found some tickets through skyscanner which directed me to their website and I booked them. Usually after you book online you will immediately get your confirmation right after but not with this company, I called almost each day to see why was my booking and hold and they told me the same thing every time I called, just wait it’s on hold, you’re in queue, today 12/23 I decided to call them again and cancel my reservation in fear that I wouldn’t get my tickets on time, the company made a mistake because the tickets were a good deal and they had gone up in price but they couldn’t own up to it and said we apologize we made a mistake I had to make them
say it, if they would of been honest from the beginning I would of been ok with that , but instead they kept giving me the run around. Please be careful doing business with them.

This company is going to scam you, I bought a flight and they canceled my reservation with a childish excuse, when I complained they gave me another flight at double the price. Luggage was included in the price and they gave me tickets without the right to luggage. Be careful!!.. They have misleading advertising and bad service. Pedro Gomez who attends is very skilled at deceiving

Horrible service and experience. They messed up the flights so we didn't have a return ticket back thanks to the agent that was not only rude but not proactive. Lost $1000usd. DO NOT RECOMMEND

They scammed me. Flight was set Emailed me to say they were processing my order then nothing. When I called they told me the payment didn't go through on my credit card which has never happened to me with this card as it is specifically for travel. Then they said there were other flights available. Of course for more money and terrible times with huge layovers and overnight flights. Trust me. Don't use them. You will be sorry.
