I had a air like on my truck they take me right away and change one fitting for me and they do it for free swear the god, it mine 25th year in this business and it’s my first time i have ever met that kind of nice people. 100% recommend 👌👌

Absolutely fantastic experience and service. Small town, locally owned family business who really care about their customers. Our motorhome needed repairing and they ordered the hard to find part and has us back on the road in less than 24 hours! I highly recommend their services!

The experience we had here was not a good one. We had services done back in August on our truck. My husband went in & wanted only the brake lines done. The mechanic called him & told him that the brake pads, rotors, etc were bad & my husband told him not to replace those, just the brake lines. He had the parts at home to do it himself & that’s extra money we didn’t have to have someone do that for us at that time. The parts were replaced anyhow even after being told not too. Instead of the bill being just a couple hundred dollars, like we anticipated, it was over $1,200.
When my husband went back, he was told that they could put the old parts back one. He said just to leave it then. He needed the truck for work & we weren’t wasting anymore time. One of the guys he was working with ended up walking away & found something else to do while he was talking to them anyhow.
I can understand paying for the parts that he said to leave on. What I had a problem with, was paying for the full amount in labor for work that we didn’t want done. The mechanic wasted his own time.
Now, I will say this. They did credit the pads that my husband bought on his own. They also said that we could pay monthly & we’d get a bill at the end of every month.
When I got the bill today there was a $19.09 finance charge. So on top of paying for the repairs that we did not want initially, a finance charge was going to be included each month, which was not relayed.
I called today & was told that “the finance charge could be waived if that was the issue”. That was fine, but they did not seem to understand that wasn’t the only issue we had with the entire situation.
I asked if anything could be done about the labor or “if it what it is” & nothing could be done.
I was told “it is what it is, it’s the mechanic’s time”. Again, he performed repairs that we asked him not to do.
If we’re going to an auto repair shop, we need someone whose actually going to listen & not take it upon themselves to do whatever they want.
Once this is paid, we will not be going back.

I haven't used this business but my employer does. Take a car into this place to get it fixed and it still comes back with the engine lights on. I don't know if they just turn the lights off and clear the codes because in a couple days they come back. Honestly, I don't think this place knows what they're doing. They might be "decent" truck mechanics but working in cars, they suck. I would really avoid this place I'd possible.
