Reserved a superior king room for some family staying from out of town. When they checked in they were given a room with 2 double beds that had alot of mold in the bathroom and blood stains on the beds. They requested a new room but we're told none were available but house keeping could clean it in the morning. Ended up getting a room at another hotel and got a full refund after some convincing.

First, sorry for the late review. I stayed here for two nights. It was a convenient hotel as I was headed to pick up my granddaughter from college in Arcata. I stayed Friday and then came back on Saturday with my granddaughter. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. They have Dove products in the shower to use. Ila, who was super friendly and very helpful, checked me in. I would stay here again. They were under renovations, but it wasn't a problem. It is right off the Williams exit but was not noisy. There is also Granzella's to visit and eat.

Stopped on our way to Oregon it was halfway to where we were going. Only the bottom floor rooms were available. We walked in during their renovation project. Nothing was available. Looks like it will be nice once they finish.
Their was no amenities. They have also changed their name to Spark by Hilton. The website needs to be updated to reflect what is going on. People were nice but wasn't much they could do. Prices should have been reduced to reflect that. Might be done by Feb or March next year.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights at the Williams Inn in Williams, CA. The room we stayed in was clean. The inn was in the midst of being renovated, and even with all that was going on, the manager, Ila was kind and made sure all our needs were met. I found out that she actually lived on site. Having someone who stays there 24 hours a day was a comfort to us. I hope when the revisions are completed, she will be allowed to continue living there.

Blood on the side of the mattress, mold in the shower. Hope when they finish remodeling, they get rid of all of it. The lady was very nice, we got a refund. We did stay at another establishment due to rooms being booked up. The remodeling looked great. I will try again when it is finished the next time we come through.

Travelling through northern California, we stopped at the Williams Inn in Williams, California. The hotel was clean and fresh. We were told that they are going through renovations as they just brought over the property a week ago. Under the new management, they were very welcoming and friendly. Our stay was really great and there was some great dinner options.
Definitely stop by here on our way back. Thank you for keeping the rooms super clean.

We came to the Williams Inn at 10:00 p.m., exhausted after driving 12 hours. The host was gracious and checked us in quickly . THe room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and the pillows exquisite. This will definitely be our go to rest place when we travel up and down I-5.
