Katie and Wilhelm Travel Services went above and beyond to help plan a fantastic Disney trip for my family. Not only was she super knowledgeable about all things Walt Disney World, but she also took the time to get to know our family and what we like and don't like, so that she could customize the trip just for us. Throughout the entire process, it was clear that she was invested in making it the best experience possible. Katie is my go to travel agent for anything and everything. It’s nice having someone who can take care of the details so you don’t have to. She recently booked a last minute add on to my Hawaii vacation. She found the perfect place for us to stay and got us a great deal on a club level room at the Outrigger on Waikiki beach. Katie is an outstanding travel agent and offers premium end-to-end concierge-level service! We recently took a day trip to Disneyworld. It was my first time visiting and I had very limited knowledge of the parks, attractions, etc. Katie was highly knowledgeable and responsive to my queries, always just one text away if I had specific questions on anything. She provided personalized recommendations of how to best spend our limited time based on our preferences, and also provided insight into different hotels in the area and methods of transportation to and from the park. I cannot recommend her services enough, whether you are booking a trip to Disneyworld, a Caribbean cruise, or any other type of vacation travel. I will definitely be using her services again in the near future as my family looks forward to our next trip.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed a trip to Universal Studios and Disney World in March. Katie Wilhelm’s planning was perfect. It was my 9 year old granddaughter’s first big trip and she was thrilled. Katie helped us negotiate the intricacies of both parks. She made sure our wait times were minimized. We had plenty of time for excitement and relaxation which provided a nice blend for a family vacation
