Amazing Santa experience! This is the second year we've been, and the only one I rebooked from last year.
There's so many well planned out activities to keep you occupied throughout the day. We loved seeing all of the animals, meeting Santa, feeding the reindeer, making our own teddy and decorating biscuits. The elves keep the day so well organised as well. My 2.5 year old is still talking about it and how she went on the tractor. We'll definitely be back next year!

Absolutely brilliant place. Went just for something to do with an 18 year old and we loved it. Buy lots of animal food as you will need it!!! Very nice to walk round and see all sorts of animals. Jake the roaming shetland pony was adorable. The petting barn is lovely. And the horse who kicks the door for food is so funny!! Really great trip.

We really enjoyed this farm. There is so much to see, and we spent the whole day there. My 5 year old son loved the bouncing pillows and trampoline. He loved the play areas and the maze. All the animals were well looked after and looked very healthy and those who were injured we were told what happened and what treatment they were getting which I thought was a nice thing to do. Also some animals were wondering around so you can stroke them which my son loved. He also got to hold a huge rabbit called Lucy and he was amazed by her size and softness. The information around the animals was interesting. The shop was well stocked with lovely well priced gifts and toys. It was very good for disabled people and pushchairs. Plenty of places to sit and everything was flat or had ramps. The canteen was nice and served good food. Kids meal box was good value for money too. The tractor ride was fun and the driver was friendly with the kids. My son loved meeting spiderman and Moana. The actors played their parts well and had fun with the kids. Such a nice day, thank you x

We had a great family day out here. There was lots of opportunities to see and pet various farm animals. There was plenty to keep our little one busy with many play areas, soft play, slides, tractor ride etc. As well as a large staffed cafeteria, there was also a seperate picnic hall which we used and found to be clean and relatively tidy.

My only negatives would be that even though we booked and paid online, we still had to wait in the general admissions queue which took around 15 minutes. We also struggled to find the pond that was advertised on the map and couldn't find any avaliable staff to show us where it was.

Otherwise, we had a good time and would likely return in the future.

Great for kids. The animal encounters are provided often so you don't have to wait long to hold the animal you like. There are also plenty of areas to play.
Food was standard but of good value.
Lots of friendly and helpful staff present meant all queries could be answered.

Easy to get to and good size car park which is free. At the entrance you can buy a bag of feed for £1 each. Good range of animals to go see and feed. Great activities to do for the kids from go karts and new castle slide to adventure play ground. They have a cafe aswel which the food tasted good but in my opinion a bit expensive £30+ for 1 kids hot meal, 2 panini sandwiches and 1 tuna sandwich. Hand washing areas all around which is great to see. Overall great day out with kids but next time will bring packlunch as they have picnic area.
