Melissa has been an extraordinary person to work with. She helped us book a cruise, travel and even offered to help with shore excursions. Unfortunately, we had an emergency surgery and had to cancel our trip. Melissa again helped with all the paperwork and helped us to get a full refund. I would highly recommend working with her.

Just want to put a word of caution out there. If you’re working with Suzanne, stay on top of everything yourself despite her reassurances that she’s doing her job. Previously, she was my agent at AAA and neglected to book my family vacation at Fort Wildernes in Disney world. My frequent requests for the reservations were met with those reassurances but at the end of the day, I discovered she quit the AAA job to work here, no reservations were ever made and I lost the opportunity to visit during the holiday as planned. It was frustrating and heartbreaking to have to tell my family.
