- Parking was never an issue.

This is a wonderful place. Emi was very helpful in setting us up with a beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom. It was very clean, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and balcony Claudia at the front desk also went above and beyond to make our stay special. Pool is a bit small but clean and wasn't busy at all when we were there. There is also ping pong which we enjoyed.

Very quiet and small hotel. Rooms are big and updated. Breakfast for platinum can be a bit hike as the hotel does not offer breakfast on site during weekdays.

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed our experience. The rooms were clean, and the location was fantastic. However, we had to move rooms three times due to mold from water leaks and AC return problems. To make matters worse, the elevator was out of service, and we were on the third floor.

This was our third time at the Waterline Villas & Marina, Autograph Collection on Anna Maria Island, it is the most magnificent place to relax. I can say and it was a truly unforgettable experience! This resort-style hotel offers incredibly charming and tranquil getaways, perfect for any occasion. The setting is beautifully integrated with the marina, providing a unique and delightful water experience that soothes the soul.||The villas are stunning, featuring high-end finishes and an elegant feel that truly elevates the stay. Every aspect of the interior design is thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious and comfortable stay.||The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Emi and Claudia are awesome. They were welcoming, helpful and truly provided great Customer Service. Giselle, in particular, was outstanding. Her friendly and accommodating nature made our stay even more enjoyable. The combination of the beautiful surroundings, the luxurious accommodations, and the excellent service created a perfect getaway. We can't wait to return to this serene paradise. Highly recommend Waterline Villas & Marina for anyone seeking a peaceful, refined, and unforgettable retreat!

This is a tough one to write...|First of all. For the lucky enough to visit this place: This is an amazing place at all levels. The rooms are gigantic, very well kept, super comfortable and with anything and everything that you could possibly need. Even for the most demanding of us. |Service - front desk did everything in their power to makes us feel welcome and pampered. Luis and Claudia are truly stars of hospitality!!!!|Housekeeping - One of the best I have seen. The suites are impeccably clean. (If you read my reviews... I don't say that lightly LOL)|So, what failed? Why the 4 stars?|We were very unfortunate to have to deal with a broken elevator and a room on the third floor. This really put a damper on our vacation. There was plenty of frustration and wasted time. Specially at the time of going to the beach with chairs, cooler, umbrellas, etc. One of us had to go down to the front desk. Ask for the service door to be open, bring a luggage cart upstairs, load it up and then go to the front desk again. Ask for the service door on the third floor to be open so that we could come down in the service elevator. To make the matter even worse. This was a family vacation. It was particularly inconvenient for the older members with mobility issues.|For an Autograph Collection hotel. This simply can't happen. This cannot exist. The elevator can't be broken for three days. That is unforgivable. My true rating is a 3 start. But I otherwise found the place so perfect that I want to give it extra consideration.|Please, please. Don't allow this to happen. When you have only one elevator. You got to have the mechanism in place to have it fixed in a couple hours at the most!! This doesn't happen at Holiday Inn. PLEASE. |I really hope to be back. Beautiful island, incredible place with the kindest people . Thank you to all that help!!!

During our stay, the room has no cold water, and they cannot fix it. That means during a long day from the beach we did not take a full shower but some splash using ice cubes from the fridge mixed with the super hot water came out from the sink. Charged me extra 75 than the bill received from email. Chatted this issue with front desk but two days past still not solved. The facility is beautiful and spacious but the customer service, if there is any, is the worst. Marriot needs to look into this property and change the management to save future customers.

I spent five nights at the Waterline Villas Autograph Collection hotel while on vacation with my family. I am a lifetime Titanium with Marriott with over 1,400 nights stayed. This is a very, very nice hotel and should be considered a go to place to stay if you plan to visit Anna Maria Island. ||We booked a two bedroom villa with a water view and large balcony. Be aware that the hotel will charge you a one-night deposit upon booking (which is refundable if you cancel before the cancellation deadline). Upon arrival, check in went very smoothly. The hotel is pet friendly ($150 fee for the entire stay) and we brought our 20 lb. dog with us which worked out wonderfully.||The room/villa was fantastic....I can't praise it enough. Perhaps one of the nicest Marriott rooms I've ever stayed in. It was listed at 1,200 ft^2 but it seemed bigger than that. It comes with a nice-sized living room and full kitchen with a range, full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, utensils, etc. There was a master bedroom with King bed, master bath with two small WICs. The second bedroom was bigger with two Queens and another full bath. No closet in the second bedroom but they had a dresser where you can hang up your clothes. Our room had a full-size washer and dryer which was extremely convenient. The balcony was huge and we could access it from both bedrooms and the living room. The decor in the room was very nicely done as well....top notch. As far as the view goes, our room was a 'water view' overlooking the swimming pool but the only water we could see was the marina that surrounds the hotel. Any view to Anna Maria Sound or Tampa Bay was blocked by trees and buildings.||Waterline is located on the east side of Anna Maria and about half way up (north / south) the island. It is about a three block / five minute walk to Holmes Beach. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance of Waterline. Downtown Anna Maria and Bean Point Beach (nicer than Holmes Beach IMO) are 1.5-2 miles away and about a 10 minute drive from Waterline. There is a Publix and some other stores about a seven minute drive away as well. There is a trolley (really a bus) stop right outside of the hotel.||The hotel amenities were decent. We ate at the hotel restaurant - the Chateau Anna Maria - and it was quite good. The swimming pool was a little underwhelming. Pretty small but it usually was not busy. The hotel gym is also pretty small with a couple of treadmills, ellipticals, a bike and some weights. The equipment was of good quality. They have an onsite office to book boat / dolphin tours which we did not do.||Housekeeping was solid and we really appreciate their flexibility because getting the room made up was a little tricky with our dog in the room. Great service from the front desk throughout our stay.||If you plan to visit Anna Maria Island, I strongly recommend the Waterline Villas Autograph Collection hotel.
