What a great place, the lines were pretty short. Coolers are allowed which is a huge plus. We didn't have to pay 10.00 for a bottle of water. 5 slides, one uses tubes "great white." It's fun. Nothing too violent for kids. The wave pool was nice as long as dumb people didn't try to drown one another in it taking the attention from the life guards for children that might need their attention. Closed the rides when lighting was in the area but as soon as it was gone they were all back open very fast. Most of the stuff was great. Just like everywhere there were a few that hate their job but what place doesn't have that. They should give the life guards the power to put some of these kids in time out or something, parents no where in sight while their kids do as they please, wait their parents were probably the ones trying to drown one another in the pool... 🤣

The kids and adults always have a great time at Water World. The lines to the rides are pretty decent. They told us my 3 year old couldn't wear his blue up arm floats, which i wasn't too happy about. The kids tell me, however, that they wish they had more rides to go on. The bathrooms were pretty clean, and the showers were great too. Warm water to shower in. The showers could use a bench in them to sit on or set your things on.

We have gone to this water park twice and had a great time both days. Coming in the morning (10) to around 1 it is a lot less crowded. The child area has a multitude of activities for children of all ages. The water slides are thrilling. The lifeguards are amazing, very well trained and constantly vigilant. The food prices aren’t terrible, but we did bring a cooler. You are allowed to being outside food and drinks, as well as chairs. We rented a cabana ($75 dollars for the “basic” one as pictured) but there are plenty of lounge chairs in all the different areas. Overall great place.

Gotta love a city owned water park. Free parking, allowed to bring in food and drinks, entry fee is reasonable, and a great place for the family. The concession stand has easy to make food and it arrives fast basic theme park options on the menu. We always rent a cabana since added to the park. Definitely worth the price and bit of privacy pool side. Great place to relax in town on the weekends during the summer. If visiting definitely a place to visit while here get out together and have some fun in the sun and water. Wonderful water rides have been added to enhance the fun or scare the heck out of your hubby who thinks rides are still for him god bless him for trying to hang with our kids who most definitely on the rides every time we go. We always enjoy ourselves and continue to go and support this wonderful city owned attraction. More cities should take a page out of this book it's better to let the city own then outsiders any day hence the no parking fee, allowed to bring food, and reasonable prices. Citizens support it and are excited to continue to use this wonderful source of family fun right here in Dothan.

This would be a great place if it was run a little better. Three years ago we went with friends the week of opening. We had a fun time so we decided to get season passes. Unfortunately, they stop selling season passes within a few days of opening which is oir fault for not knowing. We just didn't go back that year, so not only did they miss out on the cost of season passes they missed out on the revenue they would have made from us buying food, drinks, etc. That season. The next year I bought our passes at Christmas time. What they don't specify is you aren't picking up your passes at Christmas, you are picking up certificates to get your passes and if you show up a week after opening like we did you will not get a lanyard even though you purchased your passes months in advance. We were told we could check back throughout the season to try to get a lanyard and we're eventually given a cheap blue cord for our passes. This year we purchased early and I went to pick up our passes in the 1st few days they have listed on their website, but once again it isn't specified that you have to pick up those passes between 3-6 pm only. Three years of aggravation just to enjoy an ok-ish water park just really doesn't seem worth it.

Our family and church had so much fun! They were so accommodating! They made sure we were able to get in quickly and there were about 40+ in our group! We were able to easily pre-register 3 cabanas and they allow grills and things to be brought in and used in the picnic area! This is our second time bringing the church here and we will be back! Everyone loves it from the babies all the way up to the seasoned saints! The cabanas are large and have table, chairs, and lounge chairs and a fan and nice shade! There are slides, a wave pool, a baby area and more! You can rent tubes or go without. There are lockers and the locker rooms are nice size with showers, bathrooms, and changing rooms and vanities. There are concession stands as well!

We loved the Water Park an the New rides! Just one suggestion I would have to say is the Great White needs a float electric lifter to help the kids out for the ride. Kids had a Blast!
