The senior center gives our elders a place to be and be seen. They provide a free lunch for seniors. A small library is available. Various activities are also available such as dancing or playing bingo. It is a great place for our retired citizens to stay active and be a part of something dailu.

Want to get a free fan and meet the seniors that live there and have fun. It's the place to go to talk about thier experiences from the past and how they had to deal with everything they went through, very interesting if you want to listen and get to know who they are in real life.

I went in because I rented a apartment, moved in and found Cockroaches. The Attorney basically said, tough. Deal with it.
I was also advised that RHA had been known for stopping a Voucher, for complaining.
I was also, told that I was too sensitive. When I found them and reported them, They ( The realty co.)wanted to let me out of my lease. A day after I moved in.
So, for a disabled Senior on a strict budget, It was going to cost me money I didn't have. I didn't feel understood or helped.
I was told to get proof, which I have. Pictures of Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen.
I've also been without hot water for 5 days into a storm.
I have one of the two parking spots promised and no way to get my mail.
There was no HUMANITY OR COMPASSION.
SHE WAS UN- NECESSARILY BLUNT AND UN- INTERESTED.
SHE DIDN'T LISTEN. OR UNDERSTAND.
SO MANY DOUBLE STANDARDS.

Not very friendly staff. I'm 59 and wanted to have lunch with my friend who eats there. I don't qualify because I'm a year too young 🙄and didn't have the 4.00 so I went down to the St.Vincents Dining room. I can't believe they were so rude about telling me I couldn't have lunch there. They should have some sort of leeway for people who are 55 and older. They were just like. Nope!😐

Ryan is a rockstar and the security staff are excellent. Recent improvements include the lovely couch area at the entrance. Safe place for seniors to spend their day, get services, and eat a meal.

It's great seeing all the seniors being able to eat and taking a nap afterwards on the grass. It's truly a great feeling seeing them happy
