I would not recommend this agency because they lack in follow up and pass you around. In my opinion they service a certain class of people, go elsewhere they aren’t the only travel agency around.

I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with Emily Barker. She took our deposits and told us we can cancel our trip the closer it gets to our departure because things could change regarding the pandemic restrictions with the country we were to go on a trip to. Then Emily sends a cancellation email today (12-07-2020) and says there’s no refund of deposit ($392) because we were supposed to put in a claim. I am confused, why pay a travel agency to handle all the trip agendas and insurance claims if the agent is going to tell the traveler (their client) that it’s the responsibility of the client to put in a claim to ATTEMPT to receive a deposit. Mind you I have been emailing Emily Barker since the pandemic started about canceling and putting in a claim but was told to wait til close to departure only to be told there’s no refund on deposit. I will PLAN TRIPS WITHOUT A TRAVEL AGENT FROM THIS POINT ON! Warwick Travel agency is a fraud ! Be very careful of this company’s agents. VERY CAREFUL!!!

First time using a travel agency and it went great at first, Linda found a Cruise for us. Unfortunately I was not sure how they benefited from me using them, I did not see their invoice for her company's cost, it's because it is hidden within the cost of the invoice of the cruise line that her company company gives without showing their cost as (1/2 on the receipt ) whatever that means. (1,600$ Is their services for this), Whatever, if that's a case I would expect premium service, but no, all she provided was just to find a cruise. We had a to plan our itinerary by ourselves and excursions. And when storms hit the locations that we where supposed to be going to, I called her to find out about traveling to those locations and if it was still on the itinerary, she never returned my calls, I had to just deal directly with the cruise line. Nice going Linda Waynick, I don't care if I spelled your name correctly or not, I am not wasting no more time to find out. WARNING, DO NOT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY, Now I know, it is Advantageous and simpler to do it yourself. Good by, and good riddance Warwick Travel, I think the travel part for them is straight to the bank.

I was added onto a trip with a friend. I was charged a service fee that was never disclosed to me and then billed when we didn't book. Emily, was not responsive, she took several days to respond. We decided to go to Japan instead and then I received a bill. I only talked to her a week and she is now billing me for her lacl of customer service?

They pretty much gave us a book of the place we want to go to and told us when we are ready come back in and they would help us. I'm not sure if this is how travel services work but kind of upsetting.
