Where does one begin.? All night you hear someone calling nurse. I was there for my fianc’e and for the most part he nurses were good because I was on top of them to make sure he was not ignored.
You walk the halls and wheelchairs are lined up with very lonely people, or sick. I talked to a few patients and they had no other place to go , but here. I was very sad to hear some stories.
They need a hug, a friend, someone who cares.
I called the night before I demanded discharge the next day. I went there and no one did anything. After 21/2 hrs. papers came . He received 7 prescriptions as he had brain hemorrhaging and a concussion from a bad fall.
Dropped papers off at Pharmacy. Incompetence,
Unacceptable. Blank pages with the meds. No Drs signature, no dose.
I’ve been livid trying to call someone to help him get his meds. Contact a Dr? Do something so my fiancé won’t hurt with blinding headaches.
Needless to say all I got were hang ups, no one helped
Tomorrow 6 th day discharge. He has suffered enough. I’ll be there in the morning, they will fix this. Unacceptable All they care about is the money. They wanted him to stay longer. Be careful they will drain ever penny from you and not have one bit of consciousness.
I think prison food might be better.
Don’t go there! Or to Radiant. They’re awful places for a loved one.
They should call these facilities parasites.

Do NOT put your family members here! Unprofessional and uncaring staff! The place is filthy dirty, the staff is never to be seen, and when you do see them, they ignore your requests. Male residents wonder into female residents rooms with no supervision from the facility.... This place is absolutely disgusting!

If you have your loved one in this facility move them asap! I don’t know what’s going on there but my dad has only been there for less than 6 months and they have repeatedly lied about his well being! They said he was ready to come home only to find that he was admitted to the hospital! He’s balled up in a knot! He has bed soars that HE DID NOT HAVE PRIOR! The equipment tube (trach) is filthy his nails are dirty! They haven’t a care in the world about his well being! Rehab!!!! He was not contracted and balled up like that prior it’s as if that was a defense and now they can’t UN stretch him so if the point of going to this facility was rehab wouldn’t they exercise his muscles stretch him!? They have NOT DONE THAT NOR DOES HE EVEN LOOK LIKE HE’S HAD A BATH! Not even a wipe down! Please RUN far away from this place! They will be hearing more from my family!!!!

my mother in law is not being treated properly... we get several calls every month about she's not get her meds properly or her diaper changed when needed. i've seen lots of complaints about your facility and use to visit . and got to see some of the activities of the staff.. my wife ,her daughter has been on the phone for a 1 hour trying to talk to someone in authority to deal with the lackluster performance of the staff..right now if i could, i would sue you for mistreatment of the patients\residents. if the buzzer or bell is going off the situation need to be dealt with in a reasonable manner of time and if real busy let the patient\resident know they will seen soon and helped and someone needs to do a follow up to make sure it was done with the caller not with the staff that is suppose to help.. remember you as a facility are suppose to make their stay as pleasant as possible, whether they are their for rehab or there for a extended stay, maybe their last days. might be better to hire some quality staff that know how to handle the responsibilities and pay them properly. i already know the stories. short staff etc. WELL I SEE AND HEAR THINGS HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY BETTER, IN FACT WORSE. STAFF HANGING UP THE PHONES WHEN CALLED AND LIL TO NO RETURNED CALLS. THEFT OF RESIDENCES MONEY AND OTHER PROPERTY AND RACISM. TV CHANNELS REMOVED THATSOME RESIDENTS USED TO WATCHED, STILL SAME OLD LACK OF PATIENT\RESIDENT CARE. AGAIN I'M NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH A LOVED ONE THERE THAT WE KNOW OF. MAYBE A LAWSUIT MIGHT FIX YOU GUYS UP. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER AND DO YOUR JOBS AND HIRE SOME QUALITY PERSONAL.

Horrible facility. Would give 0 stars if I could. I regret having my father there for the short week and a half. My dad had a fall because they didn’t answer the call bell. He already had a brain bleed. Had to call 911 to get him care. The male nurse didn’t even seem to care during this whole ordeal. The smells are horrid and the treatment is worse. My dad had residual paranoia of nursing staffs after that stay. It is taken him a month and a half to start trusting caretakers again. He ended up at Cypress Village which is so much better and a quality facility.

The worst care service by far! My father is there currently. Only been there since about Thursday. No one has come to check on him. He asked if the tv could be turned down because the volume was very high all night long. He was told to go have a seat. Saturday night he’d fallen out of his bed, crush his breathing machine and hit his head. He was rushed to the ER and since he’s been back no one has spoken to him. He has to wait until
Monday to speak to someone. He has headaches too

This is why I'm giving you 5 stars, When I first came to this building to take a tour, I didn't think it was up to the challenge of caring for my Mother, but I was definitely wrong, looks are very deceiving , My mother is very high demanding and wants what she wants when she wants it, and I thought it was going to be very bad, but the nurse Louie and her cnas was amazing towards my mother. I can't express how scared I was bringing my mother in a rehab center, but it turn out good. It took a couple of weeks , and we really struggled but she made it through with the help of your staff, even HR ask did we need anything and that made us feel at home, knowing that all the staff cares about the people that comes in their facility. My mom is doing wonderful and I can't thank the nursing and therapy team for getting my mom back to where she was before she came to this facility. Thank you so much, I highly recommend you bring you loved ones here. You won't regret it.

This facility has been more than accommodating to me and my wife. Everyone from the housekeepers to the management has made my wife’s stay amazing. My wife came to Vivo University bed bound and weak and with the help of therapy she is now transferring and dressing herself. At her admission all of the management staff came to our room and introduced themselves, and told us about the facility and their positions. Never have we been anywhere where the Executive Director and the Director of Nursing came and introduced themselves personally. I want to humbly thank Vivo University for their kindness and dedication to their patients and their families.
