I haven’t even taken the VIP tour yet, but I just want to shout out the amazing customer service that I just got with Disney VIP and the cast member Irish rose. My daughter woke up throwing up and it couldn’t have happened on a worse time because our VIP tour was planned for today. I figured she was going to have to stay back or have a completely impacted experience. There was nothing available at first, but then Irish rose called me back directly when something opened up and was even able to modify a reservation we were going to have to cancel for the swapping around. I am truly impressed by how magical their customer service is and I look forward to leaving another review when we actually take the tour!

We used Virtual Disney VIP Tours for the first time on what was also our first trip to Disney. Many friends suggested that we get an in-person guide, which was outrageously expensive, which is how I came across this service. I was initially a bit nervous, but ended up beyond impressed. Gabe was our virtual guide; very nice and super responsive. Since we had never been to Disney he helped guide us to the rides that would be appropriate for our kids (ages 3 & 4), and got us on essentially every single ride possible that we could do based on our kids height. When we needed to take a break with our kids, he was able to quickly shift things around for us. I feel like we were able to do/see everything we wanted to! It was truly awesome and VERY well worth the money! I highly recommend them and will certainly be using them again.

Bobby at Five Star VIP tours was simply put.. phenomenal. There were 13 of us (6 adults and 7 kids, one with special needs. We toured Magic kingdom one day and did a park hopper ( Epcot and Animal kingdom) another day. We got to experience all the rides we wanted including the newest and best rides (Tron, Guardians of the galaxy, 7 dwarfs, Buzz , Remy, Frozen, Mission space, Everest , Flight of passage to name a few. All with very little wait!!! He did it all. We didn’t have to be on our phones and everyone got to enjoy the parks like we wanted!! We also got to see and take pictures with the characters which the kids absolutely loved!!
Bobby made dining reservations for us, as well as parking our strollers, holding our bags, interacting with the kids, and giving us advice on what else to do!! He was great
I will use 5 star again and recommend them to everyone
They and Bobby are truly 5 star!!

This was our second time using this company and it was just as amazing as it was the first time. Jamie was our guide and by the end of our time together, she felt like a part of our family. Disney can be overwhelming and she took away all of the stress which allowed us to have a truly perfect time.

We had a fantastic experience with Five Star Orlando VIP. I was hesitant to hire a VIP company and did a lot of research. I’m so glad I did… I will NEVER go to any of the Disney parks without a Five Star VIP attendant. Gabe was with us for 2 days and our experience could not have been better. He took the pressure off of all of us and we were able to see and do everything we asked for and more! We asked and Gabe delivered. We cannot thank Gabe and FIVE STAR ORLANDO VIP enough.

Amazing experience! Our tour guides Bobby and Olivia were hands down THE BEST! We were a party of 15 with 6 kids, a wheelchair, a stroller and 2 grandparents! I can’t believe how much we were able to do and how stress free they made our visit. We rode over 20 rides in 2 days and we never felt rushed and we took plenty of breaks. Bobby even took the kids on rides that the adults didn’t want to go on so we could relax🍻😂! The kids loved them. The ongoing ‘theme’ of the trip was “ASK BOBBY!” Lol. Thank you from the Chan/Hofmann/Panganiban families!

We booked 5 star Orlando VIP Tours to take the stress out of our first Family Disney trip. Initially we were a little worried it wouldn’t be worth the money….. how wrong were we!!!

It was worth every dollar $$$

Our guide Bobby was absolutely amazing, we managed to do Magic Kingdom (every ride including TRON and some others twice!) in 2 half days and Hollywood Studios in 1 day (again every ride!) and during one of the busiest times of the year - Spring break and Easter.

Bobby was wonderful, knew exactly where to go at what time, where to meet characters, skip the long queues and worked tirelessly to sort lightning lanes and Genie + whilst we enjoyed ourselves. Bobby was full of knowledge, suggesting places to eat and helping with mobile food orders, looking after bags and is a genuinely a lovely person too!

Yes, you can do all of this yourself (if you know what you are doing!!) but if you are a first timer trying to understand Genie+, lightning lanes etc and don’t want to spend all day on the Disney app making plans for the family, then please use these guys! I could entirely relax, immerse myself in the experience with the family and enjoy every minute. Is it cheap….NO! not when you’ve already factored in park entrance, genie+ , lightning lanes etc, but it’s way cheaper than the ‘official Disney Guide’ and in my opinion for the same service….. if you can afford it I would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a very special trip for us, and one we won’t be doing often, so we wanted a Stress free, enjoyable Disney experience and that’s exactly what we got. Right from the planning stage with the team in the office they were helpful and knowledgeable and took the stress out of everything. I Would definitely give these guys 5 stars, we enjoyed it all so much!

Gabe was a god send. Our 6 hours from 3 to 9 drained our entire family. We hit no less than 10 rides in 6 hours on an extremely busy Monday of spring break. We got on everything we wanted and more. Genie plus is a Disney Disaster, but this company made it seemless. Don't hesitate to use their service, it's well worth it.
