We had the best time with Virginia City Off Road Experience! Such interesting history and Neil is a great tour guide and an excellent driver. We learned so much and really enjoyed our afternoon with Neil. If you really want to learn about the history of the area and see views you won’t otherwise see, I highly recommend this fun and engaging tour.

All I can say is that it was fantastic ! I took my son and we had a great time exploring old mines etc. I would recommend the 90 min tour? Highly recommend and out guide was the best!!!!

Will not disappoint, these guys were awesome! An absolutely must do when visiting Virginia City! Not only was it fun, they were very knowledgeable of the history of the town. I’m a picture person & they had no problem stopping to take pictures of our special day. The views were incredible, such a perfect day & so worth the drive.

My wife and a couple of friends of our had a really great off-road touring experience with this business. Spencer drove us all over the hills and ravines in the mountains south and east of Virginia City, showing us all kinds of old, long-abandoned mine sites and cultural locations. I was particularly interested in the ventilation shafts for the nearby Sutro Tunnel and he was very familiar with all four of them. We had an absolutely wonderful tour of the area in safety - we all had hard-hats and shoulder harnesses and Spencer was an excellent driver. I would recommend this business to anyone wanting to see Virginia City in a wholly different view.

My wife and I booked a trip with VC Offroad Experience. We've been going to Virginia City for years but wanted to try something different. This tour didn't disappoint. We were taken off the beaten path and shown historic sites and mines that we wouldn't have been able to experience without the knowledgeable guide and the offroad vehicle to get us there. If you want to try something different and take in some incredible scenery, give these friendly folks a try.

Our off road experience was mesmerizing, exhilarating and full of excitement as we traveled through historical sights in the mountains high above Virginia City. Our tour guide Neil shared a great knowledge of history. His love for the area and sharing it with others was very evident. We look forward to our next adventure.
