Just came back from a VN trip booked through Vietravel and my agent was Mai Phương Vu. Mai Phương was very easy to work with and planned out our entire trip even though we made multiple changes leading up to the trip. The trip was fantastic and as advertised. It was very easy working with Mai Phương and they even gave us a contact person in VN in case anything went wrong. We were met at the airport by our assigned guide Tuan Anh who confidently guided us through each site/ cruise/ & tour. The private bus we had was comfy and clean. Tuan Anh was very knowledgeable about the history of each site and taught us a lot of details that we wouldn't know otherwise. They also booked us lunch at a very convenient restaurant to each site we visited. When we were done they would drop us off at the hotel or ask us if there were any other sites we wanted to see then they would drop us there. We feel like we got to know Tuan Anh well and so appreciated his expertise including his help in finding my young boy who got lost a couple of times in the busy cities . I wholeheartedly recommend Vietravel and have introduced Mai Phương to my family and friends that want to travel to Asia but want to take the leg work out of organizing each detail. I would def use Vietravel in the future.

I'm planning a trip to Vietnam in a couple of months and came here to get my 30 day travel visa. People were very extremely friendly, kind and helpful but it wouldn't have been as easy without my Vietnamese friend to translate and speak for me. The cost of my visa was $95 and hers was $70 because she has dual citizenship. They take your photo and get a scan of your passport. You fill out a simple one page sheet with brief personal info and your basic travel plans. They take credit card but charge an extra 3%. We paid with cash. The visa will be ready in a few days to a week and then we will return to pick them up. The business is located upstairs on the second floor at the east end of the strip mall building.

The customer service is terrible. We booked the tour in Vietnam and tried to get support for visa in the US. Because they cannot make sell, they are not willing to support. They refused to provide the supporting documents which led to the difficulty in processing visa. The customer service never provide the name. Don’t recommend this tour at all.

I am so grateful that this agency and especially Minh came into my life. I have been trying to reunite with my family in Vietnam for well over 18 months with no success. This is a worse place to deal with! This Viettravel usa is unprofessional! The guy name Bằng Võ calls us out to book another date to travel to VN transit at incheon south Korea, if not we will loose your ticket soon. He did not want to proceed paper to make a full refund to us, even the fly was cancel by Asiana airline because of Corona19 virus . We have to call Asiana headquater by 1-800 wait over an hour and ask, the operator told us, tell him (Bằng Võ) proceed the paper for full refund because we (Asiana airline) cancel your fly. We have a hard time with this place, we are still fighting, I call yesterday and there was no answer, we will come to this agency today to see and will call police to make a report if the don't refund my money.
