I had such an amazing experience with Verve. We stayed at the Malibu Breeze - the level of service and attention to detail was wonderful. The home was sparkling clean and had an incredible ocean view. We were so impressed with the small details … the amazing linens, the champagne on arrival. Justin's team is so attentive. 10/10

The Penmar Retreat in Venice is fabulous. Verve’s homes are fully equipped, and our chef had everything he needed to cook for Thanksgiving. The level of cleanliness was outstanding. We had an EV charger for our Tesla, surround sound to play music throughout the home, a back yard with games for the kids, and a spectacular pool and spa. Justin and his team had an incredible guest manual for us to explain the smart home features and were available 24’7. We would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic experience with Verve. We have stayed in two of their rental homes and both stays were great. The homes are super well kept. In the three weeks we stayed the gardener, pool boy and cleaners came regularly to the property. Their prices are competitive, including their weekly discounts. They run promotions on their Instagram, and honor them every time, even in high season that’s how I got my deal! Will definitely be returning and I highly recommend to anyone else looking for a home away from home but with that ultra luxury feel.

Thanks to Verve, I had an incredible birthday weekend. The Malibu Breeze is one of the most modern, well located homes I’ve stayed at in Malibu. We could walk to the beach and Duke’s.

The highlight was Justin who helped us with a private chef and reservations at Nobu. I never write reviews like this but Justin’s customer service is one of a kind. Thank you for making it one to remember.

Verve goes above and beyond. Our work retreat at the Palms Pad was wonderful. The home had so many amenities that it felt like a resort. Airport rides, catering and chef services were all provided on request. Thank you for an incredible stay, and for running these homes like the four seasons. This level of service is hard to come by these days.

I had an amazing stay in Venice. Verve provided a luxurious hotel-like experience. If you want to live like a celebrity, book the Palms Pad. The pictures don’t do it justice. There’s an arcade, sauna, gym, gorgeous spa, security cameras all around.. this isn’t your usual rental. We will be back!

Great location with magnificent views. Close to all amenities and the house was exactly as described. The open floor plan, kitchen, spa, balconies and bedrooms were spacious and luxurious.
